I have bought many clothing items for my daughters and love your stores in Destin and the customer service has been great. One problem - we have been waiting for a medium sweater -- grey boyfriend sweater to be restocked but none has come into the Destin store or if it has we missed it - my 9 year old daughter Molly wants it soooo badly to go with her sequin skirt we bought recently. The online catalog only shows a size small - please tell me you have a medium so I can order it and pay for one somewhere so we an get it shipped tomorrow! - thank you!

With this letter I would like to express my discontent not only my recent shopping experience with you but more over my anger towards the accusations made by you
I may understand that you are a very big retailer and reserve the right to legally protect your interests. What I DO NOT understand is your decision not to fulfill my order and as a faithful in store shopper, I strongly disagree with the way you have treated me. It is the first time in my life I have ever been accused of ANYTHING.

I do not live in the United States but I visit frequently and own several properties in the country. Usually before the holiday season I advance my shopping online with various on line vendors. I am a mother of 4 (three boys and a little girl) and I live a very busy life, so going out to stores is a luxury often I cannot afford.



Usually I would not respond to e-mails coming from online stores, but the fact that you canceled my order and then accused me (even "punishing" me) really is outrageous. My three boys like Abercrombie clothing, different to my taste, which is upscale designer clothing. I prefer high-end on line department stores, who have me in the VIP customer list.



So, here are the facts: You promoted a sale on line so I went for it and bought clothes for my children. The fact that I place 3 different orders responds to the fact that I have 3 boys and that way the order/clothes don't get confused. I really should not be going into details and/or explanations but it is important for you to have clear that not only you left my teenager boys with no clothes for Christmas but also you have decided that I CANNOT PURCHASE FROM YOU AGAIN.

I would like to know on what grounds you base your accusations since my orders were not even that high (and are probably much less than many orders that you receive?).



I am a person of integrity and I will NOT TOLERATE your treatment. I ask for a detailed explanation, your apology and a corrective action before I decide to hand the case to my lawyer.

Awful Customer Service!!!!! I Gave This Store Tons Of Business Only To Be Let Down Almost Every Single Time I Made An Order Online! In Fact One Time I Ordered A Winter Coat That Didnt Come With The Hood!!! And They Expected Me To Keep The Thing!! If You Call Know One Knows What Is Going On Or So They Say They Dont And Transfer You Everywhere- Oh And Best Of All I Was Told That All Of There Employees Are 'trained At A Supervisor Level" Ha-ha And That Anyone Above Them Is To Busy To Talk! This Place Is A Joke!! P.s. Dont Ever Order An Egift Card Bc God Knows When You Will Receive It Via Email!

why do shoppers have to endure the incredibly strong odor coming out of the store located @ the Alderwood Mall, in Lynnwood, Washington? it's become increasingly offensive to the point we have to hold our nose when walking within a block of the store...should not be permeating the mall...
I would like to talk to someone that can communicate this issue to the Alderwood Mall store...this has been going on for more than 2 years...

I was beyond mad while trying to check out at your SouthPark Store located in Charlotte,NC. To begin with there was NO ONE to check any body out. The only person on the floor was some girl(Stacy) at the front of the store. I sent my son to the front to ask her to get someone to come to the register. She called on her microphone that she had on, only to hear it come back to all of us standing at the register. So whoever should of been wearing it left it up there at check out. So she preceded to call someone again(still cannot hear you, no one is wearing it). She then tells us that there is ONLY 2 people working and she cannot check no one out because she is not to leave her post at the front of the store, but she will run to the back to see if someone can come. A girl comes out to check us out FINALLY. She told us (now 5 to 6 people at check out) that the manager was unable to come out. So I asked her if what he was doing was MORE important than checking out customers, no answer, I ask again, is what he is doing more important than checking out customers, she replies, "well he is taking care of some things". So I ask AGAIN (3rd time) IS WHAT HE IS DOING MORE IMPORTANT THAN CHECKING OUT A PAYING CUSTOMER!! Now and only now does she finally answer no. Thank you,thank you for finally answering my question. I then ask her for a telephone number that I can get to call and complain,I want to express my concern and how unprofessional the whole experience was at this store. Now after all this time of waiting this non professional girl is going to ask me to WAIT while she now wants to check everyone else out and I am to wait longer. I TOLD HER NO!!!! I WILL NOT WAIT ANY LONGER GO GET ME A NUMBER TO CALL SOMEONE!!! To make matters worst as if it could get that way she returns with a card and on the card it is for employee to call and report other employees. Now I ask you WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH THIS NUMBER. I leave the store and go to the other Abercombie store for smaller boys and girls. On the way out I ask the girl at the front who is the manager today. She said "I think it is Patrick" I ask is it or not, she said I think so. Not finding what I want at the other store I return to the first store. Now Patrick is at the register and I ask him for a number to call because the one the girl gave me is for working for me.He then asked why and then I tell him I am not in the mood to go through all of this crap again. Just give me the number. Stacy shows up and I tell Patrick that she is not even sure who she is working for today. She then goes into this "I do too" she all but called me a LIAR and Patrick told her not to say any thing. Since when is it acceptable to back talk a customer!!! Upon leaving Stacy is acting so mature by rolling her eyes at me and turning up her nose. Your hiring process leaves a lot to be desired. Your managers need A WHOLE lot more training. You NEVER,NEVER,NEVER leave the floor with only one person on it and no one to check people out AND no one could get into a dressing room. I have not had such a horrible time trying to buy any thing at any store then I did at yours.Your sells to me may not be but a drop in your profits BUT I can tell you this my opinion will matter to people when I start to tell my story to my friends face to face and ON LINE. There is nothing more important than WORD OF MOUTH when you are working for the public. I work for the public and I know. I check people out everyday. I KNOW HOW TO TREAT SOMEONE WHO IS BUYING FROM MY COMPANY.

I am happy to know that my issues with Abercrombie & Fitch's LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE is not just my experience. I am having to resort to writing a letter to the corporate office hoping to resolve a problem going back to an order I placed in DECEMBER 2012. The original order was processed incorrectly; the follow-up "Speed Exchange" was also screwed up where the rep charged me for the merchandise I had not yet returned AND the replacement merchandise that had not even shipped yet. They refunded that mistake but the sizes of the new merchandise was wrong. I finall RETURNED EVERYTHING on Feb 2, they acknowledged receipt of the return on Feb 5 and they still have not refunded the money to my credit card. The incompetence of the telephone reps is astounding but the lack of common sense of the email/customer service reps is astounding. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone.

I Have Recently Went To Abercrombie To Buy My Son Some Clothes. I Wrote A Check To Pay For My Items. I Went Home And The Next Day I Notice Abercrombie Charged My Account Twice. I Called Them And The Girl Stephanie Told She Cannot Give Me Back The Money. I Showed Her Proof That She Charged Me Twice. I Asked To Speak To Manager She Told Me She Was I Was Very Shocked To See A High School Gorl A Manager And Very Very Disrespectful!!!!!!! All The Workers Gathered Around To Listen To Our Conversation. Why Werent They Doing There Job An Helping The Customers Nobody Knew What They Were Doing In There. I Want My Money Back That They Charged Me For Items I Never Bought. Somebody Needs To Go To The Paramus Park Store And Find Out Why This Girl Doesnt Give Me My Money Back. I Will Take Them To Court If It Comes To It. I Have Proof I Hope People Stop Shopping There.

I HAVE HAD THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ABERCROMBIE. HAVE DEALT WITH CUST. SERVICE ONE TOO MANY TIMES WITH NO RESOLUTION. LOOKED UP CORPORATE AND THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH. OBVIOUSLY THE CUSTOMER IS LEFT OUT TO DRY. NO SUPERVISORS OR SENIOR MANAGEMENT ARE AVAILABLE AND REFUSE TO TALK WITH A CUSTOMER; EXACT WORDS FROM PAM IN CUST. SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY ORDER SINCE 11/26/12 AND TO DATE STILL NOT RECEIVED. PAM IN CUST. SERVICE DID NOT RELEASE OUR CALL AND I HEARD HER TELL A CO-WORKER "BOY,I GOT RID OF THAT CALL." WHEN SHE PUT HER HEADSET ON; I CALLED HER ON IT. WAS TOLD CALLS SHOULD ONLY BE 5 MINS. HOW RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!!

I recently visited one of the Abercrombie and Fitch locations at the Columbia Mall, 10300 Little Patuxent Pkwy Ste 2040, on Sat December 8 2012, I had a very bad experience and truly felt like if I would been dressed different or looked different I would have not had this problem. My name is Roshell Wilson, an everyday person who is a very true loyal customer to Hollister my son said that he wanted some clothing from Abercrombie I was going to purchase 2 hoodies, 3 shirts, one pair of jeans and a pair of khakis. The cashier had already rang up my purchase when I said what was the price of the khakis she said 78.00 I told her where I had gotten them and there where several other pairs that were priced 19.98 ( or somewhere around that price) I went and 2 pairs of the khakis and she stated they were not the same and not on sale all 3 of the khakis were different shades but what got me was she said Obviously somebody changed the price!! It was in a loud manner. First of all, I do not walk around with a price changer in my purse, second I could have been a secret shopper and It was very embarrassing, so she asked me do I still want the rest of the items I said no and she pick up the items and moved them in a forcibly way and said OK I then was on my way out the store and I saw a manager I told him what happened and displayed how she the items I was going to purchase and he said "ma'am you did not have to do that i said No that's what your employee did to me his only respond was he would talk to her and on my way out of the store. Him and another employee were obviously snickering and laughing.I think that store needs to work on their customer service skills and learn how to treat all RACES the same. I cannot believe that a business would just let a purchase walk out of the door.

Your overnight management team on 5th ave in New York leaves a lot to be desired on the new employees that were hired for the Christmas season,and judging from your employee comment site,you are used to hearing how horrible they are. No one wants to work for you because no one is training properly and they are just plain nasty and rude to new workers,making them feel incompetent even though they are not being trained properly. Your stores are used for Bullying people and making victims of your nasty managers. I want to help spread the word that your company is not one to work for until something is done about the way workers are treated and I will never buy any of your products.

I was over at the a&f store at the palisades mall and as soon as my wife and my brother and his girlfriend walked in we where followed almost as soon as we walked in to the store the security who was under cover followed all four of us
For about 10 mintutes and made me feel so violated I had t ask him why he was following us he said the store asked me to follow all the Spanish people who come in to the store so I responded im not Spanish but a racist store will never know the deference. We left the store not buying anything because of what happened please be advice I will be speaking to the local press to air this out.
