Blackberry Corporate Office Comments

Today, Tuesday, April 8, 2014. I called the Blackberry support system to see what can be done to delete 3,117 emails from my phone. I spoke to a person that could not help and I tried to call Corporate and all they did was to switch me to customer service that was located in South America. This is insane. I can't wait until my upgrade to dump Blackberry and get an IPhone. I should have done this a long time ago. I am so disgusted in Blackberry and I hope I never see them again. Very bad customer service.

Hi, I was advised by Verizon not to purchase your product because it was to difficult to use and that they didn't even know how to demonstrate. I didn't buy a new phone.

I bought my z10 blackberry online about six months ago. All of a sudden, it went out on me. Tried the stores to see if I needed a battery replacement, but it wasn't the problem. Am in a fix. Can't understand why my new phone would stop working for no apparent reason.

I purchased a Blackberry Z10 2/3 months ago and have nothing but problems. First one had "screen issues" took back, got another one. Same issue. I know by now that the problem is nothing that I am doing. I an tired of paying for a defective product and so far the only out is wait until year up and get another phone. Wasted money. I will NEVER purchase a Blackberry. Still working to be able to take phone back to AT&T, give it back and be able to get a totally different phone. So far they are giving me a hard time saying I can't do that, etc., etc., etc. Typical conversation with AT&T and Blackberry. If I can'get rid of this phone and get a phone of my choice that is not defective garbage and works properly I am considering going with another carrier.

I just got my blackberry Q10. While it still has the blackberry look I am very disappointed in the touch screen. I am a big man and have very large hands. This touch screen stuff, I wish someone had it shoved straight somewhere. Please bring back the sensor that I can navigate without touching the screen!!!

I purchased my 1st Blackberry in April, 2011, and since that time I have been ENOURMOUSLY PLEASED AND HAPPY with my Blackberry 9330.
I just ordered my brand new Z10 from my phone company and can't wait.
I like the memory system on these phones and I especially like being to connect to the internet anytime, anywhere I want to.
I am a Blackberry customer for life.
Keep up the good work Blackberry---YOU ROCK!!!!!

Why no discounts for military and verterans on the new Z10 and Q10, as we use both all over the world. This type of discount 10% for vets and military would help yopu to get a much larger market share.
Monday I am planning on buying a new Q10, have been a BB customer for past 8 years!

Hi,

My name is David O'Meara and I reside just outside Sydney Australia. I am writing to inform you of the actions of one of your distributors in Australia. I recently went online to the Blackberry store to order a I was redirected to a company called smartphone store PH. Email [email protected].

I located my item and paid for the item via the net. I also paid for the express delivery option which was an extra cost totalling $43.90 Transaction number . That was approximately five days ago. At the time of writing this email I still have not received my item. I have rang the advertised phone number on many occasions and left numerous messages. I have also sent emails to the provided email address. I have had no response from the company. I realise that this is an Australian company and that Blackberry are in no way at fault. I just wanted to inform you about the unprofessional practices of a company representing the Blackberry brand. I intend to take further action against the Australian Company to recoup my money as a matter of principal. I in no way hold Blackberry responsible for the actions of this unprofessional company. I just wanted to bring to your attention the actions of a company representing your brand.
