I ordered something from your store. I went to pick the item up and had to wait 5 hours!!!!! This was ridiculous. If I didn't already paid for this I would have canceled the order. I will NEVER order another thing from you site.

We purchased a Tracker Boat with a 90 horse power mercury from Cabela's in Rogers MN. We picked it up in April of 2021, we had the boat for 5 days and received a recall on the motor, no big deal, brought it back they had it for few days we picked it up, the following week we went to get gas in it, went over a bump in the road and the pin that holds the trailer popped out ( and yes the pin was placed properly) the trailer came off, slammed in to the back of the truck put a whole in the tail gate as well as the cover, trashed the trolling motor and wiring harness brought it to cabela's again they had the boat for almost 2 weeks they didn't even look at for like 5 days we had to keep calling them to find out the status of what was going on , they couldn't find the trolling motor that was on there so we had to upgrade 1,200$ later with ins. Deductibles we had our boat back yah!! Out on the lake runs for 5 Minutes dies and won't start, take it back yet again, we r told it was some fuel sensor that's bad, brand new motor with a bad sensor go figure! Took it out again, works!! So happy, spent a few hours breaking in the motor uneventful day, the following weekend took it out had no steering and back to cabela's we go, so we will pick it back up in a day or two, I spoke with the Acting manager of the day when we dropped it off again, which happened to be the guy who sold us the boat I expressed my frustrations about the time and money out of our pocket and the poor customer service we've received, him and 2 other employees stood there looking at me like I was speaking a foreign language, not a sorry, not a how can we make this right, Nothing! Clearly Cabela's does not back the products they sell nor give a crap about customer satisfaction it's been a very disgusting situation and will never purchase another product from this place again!!! And I will make sure anyone who will listen doesn't either!

I ordered some fishing items from the website yesterday and paid with my credit card. After receiving an email prompting me to pick them up, I decided to try the curbside pick up option. the phone number I called went to voicemail, so I went in to customer service. They instructed me to walk to the back of the store to pick up my items. The clerk was not wearing a required face mask. He had me sign, print my name, and show my driver license. Another employee brought out one item from the back. It was two box inserts for a tackle box, but no tackle box. I asked about my other item. He went back again to retrieve it. Since my order was incomplete, I asked for a refund for the tackle box, and he said that I must go back to customer service, so, of course I did. I asked to speak to the manager. It took quite awhile for him to get there. He apologized, but by the time we completed my refund, I had been in the store for about a half hour. I was angry over the ineptitude of the staff, but my husband, waiting in the car, was angrier. I have worked in retail for 20 years, and this is no way to run a business. We will never shop at Cabela's again.

I bought a Glock 21 from Cabelas 4 or 5 years ago. Earlier this week someone broke into my truck and stole it. I filed a police report but was unable to find my record of the serial number. I called cabelas in Boise where I'd purchased the gun, but the manager there said they would not give me the serial number unless I came to the store IN PERSON and presented my drivers license. I have been living in Gilbert Arizona for the last two years. There has to be a way to provide the serial number to the police that doesn't require I make a 1000 mile trip.

Been trying to make a purchase of a rifle for months with no luck. Item never in stock at any store and stores will not or can not order item. I understand with covid things are backed up, I understand with covid things are not available! I am not asking for next day overnight delivery.....I am asking that Cabela's honors their sale prices that they are advertising and to put my name down for when the item does ever come in!!! I don't care if it takes months to get...I just want the advertised price without having to wait six months for it to go on sale again. Heck how about a rain check!!!

I have been quite a happy shopper at the Cabela's since the early 1990th until I placed my last order on March 22, 2015 and paid it online as I did many times with my credit card. Shortly after I received a confirmation of the order below:

I didn't cancel my order and didn't try to alternate it. The Cabelas operator Shannon could not explain what happened and murmured something that the stock could've been depleted while I was placing my order. I said that the item was still available during our conversation but I didn't get a clear response nor any assistance. I addressed my request to Cabela's customer service and received another strange answer from someone Louise from the Fraud Prevention Department of Cabela's Inc who happily informed me the order was cancelled due to recent sanctions and wished me a good day. Sanctions!! What sanctions, is Cabela's already located in Moscow and also suffering from western sanctions because of the bwar in Ukraine?

I tried to get an explanation for this terrible service and I feel sorry I gave top rates to Cabela's for its past years service in the Cabela's online survey three weeks ago. I wish that survey was today so you would hear about really very bad service with an attitude I experienced today. Will not buy there again.

I recently purchased a bimini for my boat for a 30 day trip to lake almanor. Now i ordered it 2 weeks prior to my departure(against the advice from my fellow co-workers at amazon,which by the way was cheaper and in stock. And to my surprise checking the shipping proggress was harder than a days work in "HELL" pardon my french! Wrong shipping #'s and routing #'s. and never the less here i am a day away from my departure and no bimini for my boat, well after a long,long time of purchases from cabela's, i will now be using scheel's and amazon to purchase all my boating/fishing needs!
Very dissapointed
