On Sept 15th my daughter ordered food on the chipotle website. When we went to pick it up the system had been down for a while. Instead of making the website unavailable to order food it allow customers to order food but not able to fulfill the orders upon arrival. When asked for a refund the works says that we are to request it on the website that we ordered from and it would take 4-5 days to get refunded. Workers at the restaurant were rude and unprofessional.

I ordered for salad (chicken) and noticed that the worker gave VERY little portion of chicken. We are regular Chipotle customers and we have been around to almost all Chipotle locations within our area and the portion given to us was unusually very little. We tried to ask the worker to add a little more but he said we should pay extra. We asked for the manager and instead of just adding a little more to appease us, she started blabbering to us that the portion was right and started saying all kinds of excuses and reasons. If she just added a teaspoon of meat, that would be the end of story! This manager does not have PR and needs proper training in customer service. She does not have the right attitude to work in a service oriented establishment. (This was at Chipotle The Promenade, Edgewater and we spoke to a female manager on Sunday Sept 03, 2023 at 9 pm). Stay away from this branch in Edgewater, bad PR and lousy customer service....? By the way please look at Google maps Reviews and you will see that this place is notorious for this particular complaint of short changing on food portions.

The chipotle at 4204 US HWY 98 in Lakeland, FL 33809 is consistently subpar. It is dirty, slow and staff is rude, lazy and has poor public health and hygiene practices. This place needs management or corporate involvement to improve their operations.

I eat at chipotle Monday Wednesday and Friday after dialysis to get my sugars up I love you guys, food and service, the only thing is that they never have Garlic Guajillo Steak, and I eat at two different restaurants, and now I see that your Offering double points on that item,

Hi , my experience with chipotle tonight was horrible. I went in to buy a barbacoa bowl and a chicken burrito. When i was ordering my bowl, i had to wait for them to have white rice because they were out. Then they were out of black beans. And i had to wait for that too. And then they were out of fajitas and also barbacoa! I had to wait for all this and it seemed like the employees werent prepared at all leaving all the toppings empty. there were customers after me who also had to wait for all these toppings to be cooked. It was unacceptable that they werent prepared with toppings at 4:45pm. Its not like they were about to close or anything. I was very disappointed with the service.

I recently pre order a Britto Bowl from your location in Cummings Georgia at the Market Place location and it was prepared with an Order of Guacamole and I didn't think I had to inspect the food so I began to eat and much to my surprise I Bit into a very hard avocado with the seed shell still in it plus it had other pieces of it throughout the food It nearly cracked my tooth this is very unacceptable and I'm very angry because I almost swallowed the small pieces

Ordered food from the Hoffman Estates store Friday June 10, my birthday. Had a couple friends stop by for very informal and brief get together.

Ordered 3 bowls, Large guacamole and chips plus tomato salsa and chips for delivery by Door Dash. With tax and charges total bill of $63.68!

Chipotle confirming # HP2-PA4

Opened bag to find NO LARGE GUACAMOLE OR SALSA. $11.45+tax of missing food.
I called the store immediately and asked them to deliver the missing items but "Noah" said all I can do is call the Door Dash customer service number to receive credit. OR come to the store to pick up within 5 days.

I said, if I wanted to come to the store I would not have paid an extra ~ $13 (fee,delivery,tip) to have it delivered. I explained that I'm handicapped, getting to and into the store is not an option, that's why I had it DELIVERED!

I asked him who was responsible for checking the order for Door Dash pick up. He said the cashier. I said, so have the cashier hop in their car and bring the missing items. He said they can't do that.

So I said have Door Dash pick up the missing items and deliver them at Chipotle expense. Seemed reasonable to ask from a REPUTABLE company. But Nope. No can do. All I can do is call DD customer service.

So I did.

DD said because I ordered on the Chipotle app, I would have to call Chipotle for refund. Of course.... Run around never ends these days.

So I called Chipotle customer service. I explained what happened and again stated that they should call the store, have them package the items, call Door Dash and have it delivered at their expense. Something a GOOD REPUTABLE company would willing do. But nope, of course not. All they promised to do was refund the missing items in 4-5 business days unless I chose to go to store and pick up. Again that was not an option. I ordered delivery because I wanted it delivered, needed food delivered!!

It was not my fault that order was wrong. I should not have to pay the service fee of $4.54, or the delivery charge $1.00 or the tip of $6.80 , total of 12.34 misc charges, for an incorrect order. It was NOT DOOR DASHES FAULT. It was NOT MY FAULT!

IT WAS 100% CHIPOTLE ERROR!

So I expect a refund of $11.45 for large guacamole and chips plus salsa and chips plus (13.2% tax) $1.51 tax = 12.96. PLUS 1.00 fee, 4.54 fee and $6.80 tip
For a total of 12.96 + 12.34 = $25.30

Anything less than this is a complete rip off. Train your people to verify the order and this problem ends. Or force them to pay for their errors and maybe they wouldn't make so many.

Hi I go to my local chipotle on redbug and Tuscawilla in Wintersprings,Florida, every time I order chips they are very salty I always end up throwing them out, I tried calling them but no one answeres, this must be the 5th time this happens to me, they need to stop putting salt on them the ones I got today are drenched with salt sincerely SELWA

Your company has the worst customer service, The worst thing you can do to meat snd fish is over cook it , Your Carnie Asada is advertised on television as being red on the inside not shoe polish black . It is not even edible. I am tired of complaining because some of your restaurants have incompetent cooks. I have to drive to Napa to get a decent Carne Asada Buritto. I guess because Napa is a World class destination

Good afternoon,
Wanted to share a recent experience I had at one of your Miami locations.
I ordered lunch today via ubereats requesting white rice in my chicken bowl. When I received my order I was given brown rice and it was hard and crunchy. Totally unacceptable! Furthermore my beverage was left out the bag.
I order lunch with youguys 5 days a week and lately the quality of food from this location has been on the decline. But today really is the first time that I'm considering spending my money elsewhere!!!!!
I called the location and spoke to the manager Dave, he instructed me to go to your website and place another order but it was asking for credit card. I don't have my wallet on me and Apple Pay was not an option. Dave said he had no other solutions to get my order right today other than me placing an additional order Through unereats and being charged again.
Would love if a senior manager could reach out to me and establish a time to converse. I'd like to share my concerns in hopes that you can cure these customer pain points and make me happy to eat with chipotle again. And refund for the meal I'm not able to partake in.

A friend of mine's daughter went to eat at chipotles on Columbus Boulevard in Philadelphia Pennsylvania Shehan a police and fire Debit card they told her we don't except anything it says police on it I'm hoping that you can do something about this

A friend of mine and I were ordering at the Chipotle's on 12386 Warwick Blvd in Newport News, Virginia- we eat at Chipotle's very often. This is the only bad experience that I had with this business. Anyway, the minute my friend and I were ordering food one of your employees asked the employee that was serving us, "did she need help"- it was only my friend and I in line, and the lady who "attempted to assist" her co-worker was busy the whole time that we were there present. Well, we excused that encounter; however, when I went outside to eat, the guacamole sauce stuck to the top and fell to the table. So, I went back to try to get some more sauce, and as I asked the employee for some more guacamole sauce, this abrupt, anxious employee blurts out, "no!" However, a young man assisted me with some sauce; I appreciated it! As I walked out, this mysterious employee stared me down until my exit ( the manager didn't witness everything) Anyway, I ate, and this only bad experience with Chipotle wore on m. So, after I left, I asked for the employees name- a few times- to no avail! Finally, the manager ( up to that point, I thought that the subject was the manager!) interrupts, she doesn't have to give you her name") So, I asked for your managers' name. She responded, "December". Her name is December. This mystery employee made us feel unwelcomed.

I am from virginia beach va, and i was in new york city last couple of week in August in Bellevue Hosp hospice care. by my mother's side during her last days my family and I spent a lot of time during those wks. ordering out on 8/23/2013 5:58 pm my brother Anthony ordered from Chipotle via on line and I went to pick up the order I was not aware that my brother had also paid for the order online as well when I went to pick up the order I had added and extra meal I mentioned prior I was not aware that my brother had paid online for prior order when I check out I gave cashier Wessly my credit card and she charged me again for the order my brother paid for in line with the additional order I added I called when my brother had stated that he paid and spk to Alexis she stated that I will see a refund within the next couple of days this didn't occur my mother passed away on 8/28 and I have been grieving but I have ck'd my acct for the refund I called again on 9/8 and spk to Vincent and he told me to call a mgr. I left a message and I called the store again today and spk to Clifford . This wouldn't have bother me much if were less than 10$ but me I paid 40.75 and my bother also paid that's double . I believe this is the transaction on 8/28/2013 . The right and honest thing to do is refund my money as I mention I live in Virginia Beach . I was never told to go back to the store a get my refund that was just mentioned to me today by Clifford , Alexis stated it would be refund within 2 business days and now it seems as if I'm getting the run around .. Please assist in resolving this matter. Thank you
