I, Too, Have Been Charged For A Video Game That I Did Not Order, But A Charge Of 48.99 Is Pending On My Account. I Have Been In Touch With My Bank And Have Been Advised To Contact The Company
To Get A Resolve Or They, The Bank Will Help Me To Resolve This Matter. I Did Not Order Anything And I Will Do Whatever It Takes To Not Be Ripped Off, Whether It For 48.99 Or 1.00.

I have been on hold at this number for 22 minutes and have spent hours this morning trying to get a number first. Unauthorized charges on my credit card. I am most certrainly filing a complaint with the BBB and with the Attorney General's Office. Totally not a reputable company and nothing more than a rip off fraudulent company.

When a company this large treats its paying customers like they don't exist, it is time to cancel my membership. There is a huge technical problem affecting a majority of the members for over a week, but they don't even acknowledge the problem. To make matters more frustrating, they don't oversee what the Moderators are doing on their forum. One moderator deletes every post I submit. Others are posting the same thing, but only my posts are deleted. I have been a paying customer for about five years and that was the last straw for me. I refuse to pay for a service that allows someone to single me out and take away my freedom to speak my mind.

Just file a complaint with the FTC! EA's support phone number directs the caller to their online "help" which does not work as described. I've spent 5 hours over the past several days trying to get an issue resolved. I found a posting on a user forum saying there was no support for Microsoft mobile devices. But they certainly took my money that way.

I bought a hidden object album was playing letters from nowhere to get my cat chase badge, I finished two full episodes without hints and I wasn't given credit or my badge for it.. I am very upset couldn't find a number to call pogo with or nowhere to do live chat.. felt stuck in the mud.. ajfarmammal

Boy, you folks will do anything not to answer people..I pay money for a year..I pay to buy gems..In the last 10 days I cannot play most of the games..I have checked Java and then listen to Bret tell me what to do to get that game working ..Which does not work..Brett needs a refresher course on what he is telling people..You folks do not call people back or even try to help..You have us go to forums How many people actually work for your company 5 or 6?? you have no customer service just phony numbers and A lot of no help..Does your state DA kow how you run a business??

Ok. So, I am an old lady who purchased two of Origin's games (in the disc format)- Sims 3 for my granddaughter for xmas. I have still not recieved them as yet! It was supposedly shipped out 10 days ago. The place where you go to "track your item" is called, "Newgistics,Inc". The so-called tracking number sent to you by e-mail is "incorrect" or it tells you to try contacting them later on. The ORIGIN website is so ridiculous, too. There is no HELP to be found on it! Plus, now that your games are 40% off, it's just another great way for you to get people's money!!! I am going to report you to the FTC-Federal Trade Commission, and anybody else I can find. This is just total B-LL---T!!! It makes me so sad to live in a world where honest people (especially places of business) are incredibly hard to find! :((

EA Games is the biggest joke in the industry. I have never been treated so poorly by a support department in my life. And yet I still have the issue. Want me to post to a forum for other gamers to help me, why, aren't we paying enough for your games that would enable you to afford tech support that actually helps! You will get no more money from me. It saddens me to think this company is so big it doesn't have to deal with the average joe that keeps buying your games to get treated like garbage...never again EA.

I guess that I will be in line for fraudulent charges on my account for over 60.00 If this money is not put back into my account I will be pressing charges of theft on this company. I will be going to the police department tomorrow and filing a report. There is no way for a person to contact this company. I will also be reporting them to the BBB.

I found there were charges for the amount of 254.37 and 42.39 taken out of my account. I want this money put back in as soon as possible or i will take legal actions for fraud.These charges were posted on Friday Nov 1,2013.I need someone to contact me by telephone so we can resolve this issue

Some one stole my credit card and purchased three games with this company. There is no way to contact any person to tell them, to interrupt the people who stole the card.

1)I am a 15 year player plus
1) I can not get a operator from billing to call me back at (605)490-1708 so I can update my credit card for 8 accounts I have with ultima online,
3) lets see that 1247.04 a year isn't that enough money to get a response? from your billing department for ultima online?
4)why should I have to post here to change my credit card info on my accounts?? that's dumber than dumb

We enjoy our POGO games.
HOWEVE we find communication with your offices to be the worst ever. And the one umber where the operator asks if it is about POGO games and she says GOODBYhappily and clicks off is undoubtedly the most infuriating ever. Whoever this lady is plase ask her not to sound overjoyed that she cannot help.
NOW..who and what can we do to get help? Hours have been spent with no personal contact.

Worst case ever. It seems EA does not care about hackers getting into and changing accounts since it happens all the time (Looked up statistics online). Their 7 days tech support is BS (machine answer then get hung up on). Depending on which contact number you call they are open either M-F or M-Sat. Is EA really this irresponsible they can't run a business?

Worst customer service EVER!!!
No help given, no contact info... only forums with idiot user responses and no answers!! I had to GOOGLE to find the help number which, if they wanted to, they could have just listed on their website. And then a recording asks you to choose from a list of games to get help... if your game isn't listed, they tell you "goodbye!" and to go back to the website and dig through the useless forums!!! And if you do get put on hold over the phone, the wait is at least 30-60 minutes... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!

I have been a paying member for many years now. I have never won a red cent. I have begun to have problems with the games also. After reading your problems may I suggest contacting the Better Business Bureau. Perhaps they can offer some assistance.

I have been a member with POGO since 2004 and now I get a message (problem with web/site) and I can't get in to play games. I have tried every avenue I can but to no avail. No one is home at POGO technical personnel. If they are home - they want to charge you for the internal problem. Where is everybody??????? What am I paying for ?????
On-going problem for two years - never heard back from a technical rep. Some games I cannot play because I can't change the option - Some games I don't get tokens earned. There appear to be intrnal communication within AE-POGO. Maybe, we need to get some higher ups to look into the matter.

Pogo support has become a ripoff. Representative offered to fix my Pogo problem for $149.00. When I refused, a "billing supervisor" dropped the price to $99.00. Again I refused and called AOL. The rep there was aware of the problem, within the AOL system and informed me it would be fixed and didn't charge me anything.

This action screams FRAUD!

HOW DO YOU EXPECT THE PLAYERS FROM POGO TO GET HELP, WHEN WE NEED IT, WHEN YOU GIVE US THE RUN-AROUND? ALOT OF US PAY $40.00 A YEAR FOR OUR MEMBERSHIP AND THIS IS THE WAY WE GET TREATED!
I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 2 DAYS TO GET INTO A COUPLE OF GAMES AND I HAVE BEEN REFUSED. I CAN GET ON THE SITE, BUT NOT INTO MY REGULAR GAMES AND NO--THE ROOMS ARE NOT FULL!
THERE IS EVEN ONE OF MY FRIENDS WHO HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM MY FRIEND'S LIST AND SHE IS STILL A MEMBER. SO WHAT IS GOING ON?!
I ALMOST AM DECIDING NOT TO RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP, WHEN IT COMES DUE AND I HAVE BEEN ON POGO FOR OVER 5 YRS. WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO THE SITE, IF THE MEMBERS ALL REFUSE TO RENEW? YOU WOULD LOOSE A LOT MONEY--BUT THEN THERE ARE THOSE WHO ARE DIE HARDS.
