very bad customer service its been a nightmare trying to get a plan to help me with credit mark needs hire people tha are trained the right way will be driving to atlanta soon to try and fix this problem

Your customer service people in the Phillipines are not well trained at all. For every question I got, I got the same answer. The lady I spoke to was rude to the power of 10, her supervisor was worse.....rudest man I have ever spoken with.
Too bad you don't have better customer service, I am entitled to free report, and they want to charge me, nice racket you have going.

I think the Exquifax need to help their customer to do a better job in keeping their credit report update and check for serious errors that can effect a customer from getting a job, loans and credit cards. A system set-up need to better educated the person, who is reporting the credit accountable for the bad credit report.
