Good Morning went thru drive thru #8252 in Waianae Hawaii 1/6/2024 at 18:13 pm
Ordered using coupons and cashier said only two coupons can be used thru drive thru so we my daughter and I asked if it was possible to make two separate orders since there was two of us cashier said no that we had to go into the restaurant and we could use unlimited coupons so we went in I asked the cashier three times the managers name she wouldn't give it so finally a manager came in a very angry way and said-what's the problem just the tone of his voice I said no problem then asked for the district managers name and phone number he too wouldn't give it but then there was a poster with district manager's phone number I took a picture of poster .... While waiting for our order a mother and her son walked in with two large bags not ordering anything but just sat at the table waiting... as we got our order walking out mother and son approached the counter and started taking out merchandise from their bags and showing both manager and employees if they wanted to buy my daughter and I turned around to look at them because it probably was stolen items ... Their focus was totally on them ...... checking out merchandise
Mother and son customer was more important than us paying customers I'm really disappointed that this kind of activities is happening in your establishment This is not the first bad experience we've got from this jack in the box
Filipino managers are very rude .......
Employees not friendly and never say thank you....
Yes we did try calling the district manager number and asked to leave a message....... We did not leave a message because district manager her self is Filipino and we know this situation will not be addressed so we took this to the corporate office....
Please taker care of this matter because if it was my company we wouldn't want this kind of activity going on at our establishment

I took a good amount of time to complete a survey on my receipt and I didn't expect a reward but when it says take receipt to Jack and redeem and hand to worker in the box and I have two choices croissant or a jumbo Jack no cheese for almost $9.00!!!! I couldn't not scrape up enough money after I already bought a large black coffee. I am sure there is a mistake made here and again I am giving up my time to help you Jack do better by we your customers.

I went to the Berkeley Ca Jack in the box at 2197 San Pablo Ave Berkeley Ca 94702 at 2:30 pm July 7,2023. I went through the drive thru and ordered two of Snoops munchie boxes for my wife and myself. I asked for a receipt, which I did not get. I got home and we looked inside the boxes and neither one had a brownie, as advertised. We both only had 3 onion rings and the tacos were missing most of the contents.( beans mashed no meat) We were both very disappointed especially having paid around $30 for the meals. We think this store needs some special attention because we could leave a message there, their phone was not picked up and the mail box was full. Poor service!

I was in line at a drive-thru in Sylmar, CA, store #32, at the corner of Foothill and Hubbard. I had my two small children in the car, and like a dummy, I drove passed the speaker to order. My fault 100%, so I hoped to get to the paying window hoping place my order there since I couldn't reverse as there was a car behind me. When I got to the window, they refused to open it, not even telling me I couldn't place an order. I found that very unfortunate because we make mistakes and customer service is important. Their service normally is good but not sure what crawled up their rear end this time.

We just ordered food from Jack in the Box on Murrieta Hot Springs Rd in Murrieta California. Our French fries were old and cold, we did not get our Tacos and my burger that. Ordered with only mustard pickle and lettuce no cheese, was cold and had cheese and ketchup on it. I tried calling the branch and nobody answered. Im posed to spend $26 for food that was disgusting

I came to this restaurant to order 2 items some loaded fries and mini churros for my daughter after working a long day. My mistake was driving off before checking the bag!!!! Which your order should be correct. I was given a box of mini tacos instead of loaded fries. I NEVER left the parking lot. I just drove back around to the window explained to the night manager that I was given the wrong order she became upset just drive around to the window is what I was told. I get to the window she hand me the box it fries I pass the fries to my daughter. The box of fries had nothing but a large portion of ranch on the fries. It's supposed to be loaded fries with bacon, ranch, fries, a form of spicy sauce as advertised we have ordered these fries before so, we are aware what they are supposed to look like. That was not the case.
At this point yes I am turning back around. I pull back up to the window not the speaker. Because the inside is closed because they are always short staffed. I told the night Manager (no name tag so, there is no name to state) I apologize to be a pain in your tail however, I did not check the bag at first but you have me jalapeno poppers instead of mini churros and these are just ranch fries. She snatched the box of fries and tossed them in the trash. Said she I am going to just give you a refund and closed the window, as she is speaking Spanish to the other coworker inside making coffee I can see and hear them clearly! The other female coworker is shaking her head. There is no one else in the drive thru and the last time we came there was only 1 other car before me it was not busy so, I was trying to figure out what is the issue? I saw her put the churros in the grease walked off and never came back to the window. After sitting there for 10 mins I turned my ignition off to my car. I was hoping she was making fresh fries for my daughter. The police then pulled up and ask was I ok I said yes just waiting on my order that is being remade.
The night manager called the Plano police dept! At this point I feel racially profiled I was not upset or acting erratic she was more upset than I was and I am the paying customer. Not every person of color should be looked at as difficult or a problem when addressing an issue with kindness and respect expecting a positive result. I have this recorded interaction on my phone. I was not given my refund or my correct order. I left with jalapeno poppers which my daughter cannot eat. Officer Hitch from the Plano told me I cannot come back to location. I was given a warning for criminal trespassing this makes no sense. He said this did not make sense to him either he is called to this location frequently. I have been to this location to get coffee and mini churros and my daughter get fries this is all get because, we don't eat ANYTHING else on the menu! Everything else was closed after my shift that she would have wanted to eat. TRAINING is needed I deserve an apology and my money back I don't care what amount it is it's mine and this is disrespectful! My daughter and I should have never had ANY POLICE contact. I am not a criminal I am a hard working law ADIDING CITIZEN who wanted to get her order that she paid for and leave. The OFFICER (Officer Hitch) explained she has irate customers that is not my problem. I was not irate with her the night manager or the Officer. This type of behavior is immature and racist. I am still confused why THE NIGHT MANAGER DID CORRECT THE ORDER it was only 2 items. I called the number listed on the window Llamar AL 469-586-649. I never received call back regarding this situation. This was an unnecessary negative experience to my visit to this location at 1101 Preston Rd, Plano, TX 75093. Manager of this location how can we how can we rectify this issue? This was unnecessary and never should been an issues in the first place. You have security cameras please feel free to watch them. Please open some restaurants in Michigan. People would really enjoy jack in the box back. Taco bell people haven't been really happy with. I think it would be a great market here.

98444 This location has the most unprofessional most irresponsible group of people running it every time I have went through whether morning evening or afternoon I have been met with long wait times sarcasm and treated me like I was an inconvenience. I have ordered through DoorDash and called to talk about an order and received a very unprofessional voicemail that they should be ashamed of. I have given this location every opportunity to get better over the past few months and I can honestly say I will no longer be ordering from them. The last time I ordered through DoorDash I received a hamburger that looked like it had been spit in inside of a hamburger that looked like it had been sat on. I am disgusted and will not be eating from here anymore. I hope corporate takes a look at this location and makes some changes so that one day people can eat here and feel safe and not grossed out anymore. I don't remember the last time I gave a poor review but this place gets a 1 out of 10 from me.

712 E. Pioneer Arlington Tx. No callback from DM. They tried to keep my debit card hoping id drive away. Other times they dont give you change if its only about 15 cents.
Debit card was skimmed recently from unknown location. Bad part of town ongoing problem of rude hoodlum employees. I always use a gift card at that location now. Terrible place.

I have been to many Jack in the Box locations. The one here in Gun Barrel City, TX has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I normally do not complain but every experience I have had at this store is awful. They are always out of items, the employees do not know the menu, the employees are always rude, it takes forever for my food to come out & most of the time my food is wrong. I have tried making a complaint online & over the phone & all I get is a survey & never get to talk to someone in person. I love Jack in the Box food but some changes need to be made or they will lose my business forever.
