I purchased the Kodak ESP7 All in One 08/16/09 and it's performance has been 'outstanding' until 2 days ago. I went through the checks and it came out I needed a new printer head. I tried doing the 'live chat', that was a 'friggin' waste of 20 minutes !! I get sent to India and can't understand the damn towel heads. I try telling the idiot I need the part number and a phone number for the part. No luck.. I call, same crap. I'm in India again and the woman doesn't have a clue, I hang up. I try to find a Kodak store on line for the part, same no parts store. How does this company stay in business ???

i had a problem with trying to print out my wedding invitations so i called your help line. as the person answered the i relized they were in india and i could not understand one word they were saying so i asked if there was a manager or someone that spoke english they responed with again something i could not understand so i again asked for sombody to talk to that spoke english. so they transfered me to another person which was even worse!!!!!!! so basically just wanted to say that companies like yours that send jobs overseas instead of employing americans are the route of all evil and are a huge problem why unemployment is so high. not that i mean anything to you or your board members but i will tell i surely will be getting rid of my printer and never ever buying anything made by kodak or anything that has a affliaction with kodak.

I purchased my first Easy Share C182 in 2010 from Staples . It began to power off in a few months. In mid 2012 we purchased a Easy Share C1530 and by the end of 2012. The same problems again. I called 800-262-9544 and the rep said to tkae it to any local camera shop for repair. When I called the credit deparment they directed me to a 800-235-6325 where I was told to call back in there sysytem was down. The Easy Share are easy to use and all under a 100 dollars but a poor product.

I am on a limited income and I purchased a C143 camera from Walgreens less than a year ago. I realize it is not your Top of the Line product but it was all I could afford. The clip that holds the batteries in snapped off and the camera wont' work. All else was working fine untlil at Halloween. I lost many great photo opportunities for that holiday. I went back to Walgreens and the manager said he would replace it but they no longer carry this product. He could not refund me any money because I had lost the receipt. This camera was purchased less than a year ago. I called someone in a foreign country to explain and they said I had to pay someone to repair it. I wonder what has happened to the Kodak name and the good old American ethic that certain names will stand by their products. I cannot even find someone who will repair it, much less how much it will cost. Please do something right about this situation. It is a silly little plastic clip that should have held up longer than it did. The rest of the camera works fine. Please do the right thing and replace or repair my camera. Sincerely Teresa Lingvall

I have a Kodak easy share cammera. This cammera went through batteries quickly. The cammera died completley a few months ago. We did not use this cammera much due to how fast it went through the batteries. We purchased this cammera at Staples in Spokane WA a year and half to two years ago. Due to what we paid for the cammera my daughter suggested we contact Kodak to see what they would do for us if anything. Today I contacted Kodak a lady with a very thick hard to understand accent told us to take it to any repair shop at oour expence since the cammera was out of warranty. Thank you Kodak I was a loyal Kodak person my whole adult life. I am no longer after today.

This exact same thing happened to me with a Kodak Hero 6.1, including the "refurbished" printer. Except my printer was less than 8 months old. I also told them (those who didn't speak hardly any English) that I didn't want someone elses problems-like buying a "used" car! I even spoke to a supervisor-to no avail. I have a two year extended warranty, which I called and they said, won't touch it until the warranty runs out on the ORIGINAL-what a joke. So here I sit awaiting a refurbished printer....this world has become a "throw it away" world and buy another one.

I purchased a Kodak Esp 9250 printer last spring from BestBuy for $200, I havenâ??t used the printer in about three months. Today I turn the printer on immediately the red error light starts to blink with an error message stating (Printer head carriage jam ) I opened the top only to find that there was no jam, I tried to move the carriage myself only to find that the carriage will not move at all. I called Kodak and was informed that I have to purchase a new printer; I then asked is there any service centers I can send the printer to. I was informed there were no service centers, and that I have two options, 1. To purchase a new printer or 2. Purchased a refurbished printer. I was in disbelief that the printer I just purchased 13-14 months ago just stopped working and the only option Kodak have is to purchase another non-working printer from their FAULTY company. This is unacceptable business practice for a company to just abandon its customers like this with no solutions to the problem, other than spending more money on defective equipment.
