Mr. Rooke:
You induce to be ashamed of yourself leading a Company that disappoints the clientele.
Worst printer (I have had two of different series) I ever owned- no wonder you got out of the printer business. It worked well for a few days and it was nothing but trouble ever since, after troubleshooting, cartridge replacements (original ones), etc. I made my final call TO CUSTOMER SERVICE since then with no satisfaction. I've tried calling them on several occasions and no matter what they give you the run-a-round ( I'm a customer, not a stupid one. You represent the Company to take my money for the printer I bought). When I requested that you replace the printer with one of equal value and style and replace the ink for the type needed by the new printer, you refused, after several contacts I made to you.

Do you like that your new suit from Gucci had a big mess? Then when you complain about it they tell you "Wait Mr. Rooke, I get right now a dressmaker to solve the trouble". No, I believe you won't want the courtship. is the same problem with, I buy a new product not a refurbished one.

I will never buy another Lexmark product and tell people the same thing.

I have been a Lexmark owner for 9+ years. I always had a problem with installing new ink cartages and then so much ink used for the alignment page always upset me, but I overlooked it.
But now I had some legal paperwork that needed to go out ASAP, and I had just installed a new black ink cartage a few days before and NOW WHEN I NEED IT MOST, my LEXMARK Pro715 refuses to print because I am out of color ink, and I am trying to print in black and white.
Sorry Lexmark, but I will NOT buy your product again for this cheap act to force me to buy color ink, when I am trying to print in black and white and meet a court deadline.
This was court case paper work needed ASAP.
SUCH A CHEAP SHOT AT BEING MONEY HUNGRY, YOU FAIL TO SEE the needs of those who have lost jobs, trying to make it on a shoestring and I could go on and on and on.
All just because your trying to squeeze another $30 some dollars.... you cost me so much more..... $$$$$$$$$$$

I have been on hold, waiting to resolve my problem for about 90 minutes. the first tech I spoke to (after 40 minutes on hold) was impossible to understand. She tried but her accent was clearly too strong to have this type of job. She really pressured my to agree to be transferred to a tech who would fix my problems (fee-based). I finally gave in but asked if I had to face an enormous wait, again. She told me there would be no long wait. That was 40+ minutes ago. I will never buy another Lexmark as long as tech jobs are outsourced. I live in Kentucky. I could have driven my printer to corporate offices by now. There is no excuse for this type of customer service!

The quality of Lexmark printers has gone so downhill! I have had a LM printer for 3 yrs & since I have had it, it has been replaced 6 times! Their refurbished printers do not work either. My current one I have had for 1 1/2 yrs & again it needs to be replaced. All I get when talking to their corporate office is broken promises & lies! I will never buy another Lexmark product & suggest people boycott Lexmark products!
I have tried to no avail also to contact the President and/or VP of Lexmark but they have a lying weasel by the name of Marshall Holman running interference for them & he is one rude puppy!

I have a Lexmark printer S605 which is 2 years old, always had problems with it. Recently, the printer started to print empty pages, even though the ink was full . So I decided to call the Lexmark Support Group, they did the navigation almost for an hour by 4 different technicians and they couldn't fix the problem. At last a lady technician said I need to update the printer as the printer is outdated and there will be a charge. I told her, I only need the printer to print and even you could not solve the problem and now you want me to sign up something for a year just to get the printer print? She said it is outdated. I said "what... 2 years old printer is outdated?" This sounds ridiculous. The lady immediately cut off the line.

Extremely bad printer couple with bad service. Will definitely write a review about this LEXMARK printer and the service. Definitely, will dump the printer in the bin. Also too expensive to run as the cartridge costs about £23.00 and it only prints about 50 pages instead of 500. Useless service and useless printer.

I just got through talking to the corporate headquarters about an issue I have and got nowhere with them. This was after I got hungup on three times and transfered twice. Lexmark customer service sucks. I have used Lexmark for over 7 years, but I guess I won't anymore. All I wanted to know was why my Lexmark printer program (Imaging Studio - All-In-One Center) was not compatiable with my new computer which has Windows 7 on it. My old computer had Windows XP and it work great. Now I can not access the Imaging Studio with windows 7. That's all I ask and got no where. I couldn't even talk to a tech support person in the USA they are all over seas. Really sad that you can't even talk to someone in the US anymore.

Have been a loyal customer of Lexmark for 12+ years. My experience with Technical was an a total of 6 hrs for troubleshooting 2 times. Eventually got to Corporate, Marshall, and was treated so shabbily that I will NEVER purchase a Lexmark printer again. I was made to feel like I had to beg just to be able to utilize my printer in the manner in which I purchased it, with an extra paper tray, to no avail. Between the wait time it takes for a resolution, the difficulty of a tech understanding your printer (lost in translation) issues, and the unprofessional way the Corporate representative treated me, I clearly understand why Lexmark is vacating the personal printer business! #nocustomerservice

I have a S305 printer that will not scan even after spending a total of 4 hours on 2 separate days with Lexmark tech support. Their advise was to get another PC with which the printer will scan. The printer is a 3-in-1. Since the printer is 4 months old, I was told the 30 day refund is not applicable. I started using the printer for the first time a week ago. The advice was from someone at the corporate office. I believe I'm stuck now with a 2-in-1. This is my 2nd sad experience with a Lexmark printer, bought online from Lexmark.com
BTW: I wish their people would speak louder and learn English without an unintelligible dialect.

Warning, Warning, I purchased a Lexmark Ink Jet Printer, a Prevail Pro 705 at Office Depot. It came with a software package that read business cards. This was one of the reasons for purchasing this printer. I my dismay, when I went to use the software, it directed me to a web page that said: Sorry for the inconvenience, this download is no longer available. I feel I purchased the software when I had purchased the printer. I had no idea the software was a promotion and only available for a limited time period. This was the explanation from a corporate person taking phone calls. They could have said that and I would have moved right away after purchase. So, FYI to all persons on the web: Lexmark seems to be the type of Corporation that will take your money and not customer service you. Beware !

Buying a Lexmark All In One Printer/Fax recently was the worst mistake I ever made! Customer Service was even worse! The first S415 did not work, as the screen remain blank. The replacement was worse, as I had to call 3 times, first with the print color, then with fax problems, and lastly with the printing, using up all my ink on tests, costing $80 to replace. The 3rd replacement, all within one week, I received the machine with no power cord, or computer connector cord, no print head or cartridges,only an open space,and no booklet, as I had to return everything with the machine I returned. I wasted over a week, unable to fax and print when I had deadlines, so had to go to Office Depot to finish the job each time, thirty minute drive time one way, and more money. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the incompetency of your company and intend on contacting the BBB to let them know in case others have similar problems!

I have dealt with lexmark and to my suprise there response was we can issue you a 20% discount on a new printer....TO ANY AND ALL CHURCH GROUPS, BUSINESS OWNERS, AND INDIVIDUALS BEWARE OF ANY LEXMARK PRODUCTS U PURCHASE, they will not stand behind there products, PURCHASED A PINACLE PRO 901 IN April 2011, which i have the reciept on , 1 month later that printer had to be replaced, along with 3 Diffrent print heads within the yr, now paper will not feed thru the scanner and they will do nothing about it althought they state there is a 5 yr limited warranty is crock...BEWARE WHAT U PURCHASE FROM THEM LEXMARK WILL ONLY SCAM YOU INTO A 300.00 PRINTER AND TAKE UR MONEY AND RUN...
