I filed my claim in July 2023 & here I am in February 2024 & I keep getting the run around... they ask me for medical records...I send them. 2-3 weeks later I call for a status update & then they tell me I need more medical records ....they DO NOT communicate I ate with you to inform you there is something missing, it also takes over a month to mail documents to me or they don't at all & im sure that they won't take this serious either!

My mother passed away on August 31, 2013. We contacted Met Life on the following Monday to file our claim for Life Ins. They have not paid our benefits completely as of this date January 19, 2014. They have not responded to our claims they have been giving me and my siblings the run around since Sept., 2013

It Has Been A Long Wait On The Telephone 30 -45 Minutes For Assistance My Needs For Adjusting And Correction Were Not Met. It Was Not Great Customer Servuce. The Long Wait Was Excruciating 30- 45 Mins Listening To A Machine And No Acknowledgement.

I have contacted the local Met Life office and no one seems to know how to help me with our Life insurance and then I called the 1-800-638-5000 and they said someone would call me from the local office within 48 hours and a week later no one has contacted me. I don't even have a
representative to call and you know what I get tired of hanging on the phone and no one gets back with me .

Dear sir,
I AM PLEADING with you to settled my claim with met life.
my claim # is 21208005786. I have had three claim forms
fill out and send to Group Life Claims P.O. Box6100 SCRANTON PA. Ihave called and was.. promise this would be settle 5to7 days. Well it wasn't and from rudist that I
receive I am beginng to have my doubts. This whole experience is quite different than the insurance man coming to the house to collect the premium. We expect that
we were taken care of. NOT TAKEN IT NOT FAIR.
