I need computer keyboard flat thin as a laptop keyboard for very less use to entry of names and numbers for reception counter. Because this type of external flat thin keyboard will create no sound while working. Mostly people use external keyboard in laptop. But I need external flat thin keyboard for desktop computer which will create no sound. Keyboard of laptop is fixed with this laptop. But this type of separate keyboard is required.
Mocrosoft's ASSURE tech support is absolutely appalling & personnel are so unprofessional. Your ads are false advertising, & after only 3 months of service, Microsoft is engaging in fraudulent, unfair & deceptive business practices. The ASSURE program/contract hass been breached, and due to the lack of the 24/7 help we paid for and did not receive, that is material misrepresentation. Your own managers are not aware of the terms & conditions of your tech support contract. Your agreement indicates we can cancel, especially considering the horrific customer service, or lack of any service and/ or professionalism. I demand my money back!
for the past one month I have been trying to get someone to help clear you people out of my computer, I have been transfer from one person to another and things remain the same I cannot work in my computer due that I cannot create a password because its rejected In desperation I called your office in Houston,Texas and I was told someone would call me to fix the problem this was on December 5, between 8pm and 9pm, I was given a case I am still waiting. Usually if I get someone on the phone, its a bad connection and the person is not in the US and I have hard time understanding the instructions. Microsoft changed my "old" contact list to "Outlook without notifying me, and others. Second, when my contactlist was chaged, much of the old informtion I had on each cntact person was eliminated, i.e., second telephone numbers, second email addresses. etc. I want the old list back withthe previous saved infomrtion.
My cntact with a tech this evening was not satisfying at all. Your chages have disrupted my ability to contact friends, family members, and business associates. Why did you change a good system?
