I placed an order which did not give me my free dog treat (buy 3 get 1 free of same or lesser value. So a manager/supervisor had to help me get the online order done with auto ship and 35% discount for first order. Then Petsmart turned around and cancelled my order after spending over half hour trying to get my order straightened out!
They claimed my billing address and shipping do not match, and tgat I used an email that does not have my name on it even though the charge went through.
Now they refused to reinstate my order telling me to reorder but the same first 35% dis punt on auto shop no longer exist because it's system thinks it a reorder. Very upsetting and waste of my time!

Very rude manager at petsmart at 11400 Financial Centre Pkwy, Little Rock, AR 72211. Horrible customer service and extremely rude. Upset a lady and was rude to people trying to comfort the lady.

I Been Taking My Dog To There Groomers For Past 5 Years They Charge Me $42.00 Now They Want To Out Of The Blue Charge Me $60.00 When I Set Up The Time They Did Not Tell Me They Was Going To Over Charge Me And It Is A Very Long Drive For Me And My Dog There Hour Away From Me So I Say This Never Buy Or Take Your Animal To There Groomers Not Supper Happy With Pet Samrt I Will Never Buy Anything From Them And Will Talk Them Down Till The Day I Die So Do Not Buy Anything From This Chain Store

My Friend told me PetSmart sale the treat Dingo brand that made in Cambodia use the ingredient that made in China to make the product name Mini Dingo indulgence which is again the statement declaration on the bag that " 100% inspected no china source ingredients"
Can PetSmart investigate and feedback us why it so ?

Get a life on the TV Xmas commercials in October. I will be boycotting this store for the Xmas season. I know, who cares from you people at Petsmart. I'm not the only one that thinks this is discussing, just one that took the time to pass on the discuss of this commercialization.

Petsmart in Carson City , Nevada Has the worst Management team I have ever seen.... They are not educated about Pets and really dont seem to care about the people that work their either. Just collect their check for nothing except for the Pet Care Manager (Nonie ) and she was let go for NO BIG Reason
As long as the store is run by D. Isbell --- I will make sure people dont shop their and know what is going on Thanks for your time

In New Iberia La.Petsmart the workers are rude & sassy. they tell us, we at the store too often & they always asking us how big our tanks are & tell us how many fish to buy. I thought customers are always right & we have the right to buy what we want & how much we want.the workers are also rough with the fish when we get home some are dead.

I love my petsmart The groomers are amazing! I love my groomer Jessica W. The other girls are also very helpful and have even groomed my dog when Jessica was on vacction. I don't have any problem leaving my dog in Jessica and the other Grooming girls hands!

My family had the same experience as Rosa's. My daughter worked in the PetSmart pet hotel in Langhorne, Pa for several years and with the addition of a new "Manager" slowly the "old regime" of associates were weeded out and either fired or were forced to quit. My daughter has also suffered the wrath of this manager by having her hours cut to 1 day or none at all and being talked about to other managers and associates. This "Manager" also likes to throw out to everyone that she is friends with a district manager (big deal). My daughter landed a nursing job and upon giving notice on her last scheduled day this "Manager" called and stated that she was not needed. Thankfully, this was the last of the unprofessionalism that she will endure from this woman. I would recommend management training that place's the attention on the associate's that make your business by having repeat customer's not a "I am a High and Mighty Manager" that discourage's repeat customer's. I for one will not be bringing my dog back to PetSmart.

My son started working at PetSmart store 335 Boca Raton Fl on 6-4-2011, and all went well for 14 months, after that, the manager who hired him decided that he didn't like Sean anymore, cut back his hours to one day a week, and then to 3 hours every other week, sometimes my son only worked once a month. Sean asked for a meeting with the district manager , h
this man did nothing to help my son, instead he told Sean that nobody would blame him if he turn in his two weeks notice. I took me almost 4 months to find a human resources rep ( PetSmart keeps these people under wraps) My son hoped this rep would help him get more decent hours ,he got to work 10 hours two weeks in a row, only to be put back on a 3 hour shift again for calling the hr rep to ask if he could get more hours. I have to add that my son is a college student, never a problem with the law, no drugs ,no drinking. The store manager treated him like a convicted felon on a work release program , he wanted my son to quit, until finally on 6-16-2013 he fired Sean becouse he missed one day of work in the two years he had worked for this company. I am disgusted with this manager , and the company.If you complain about a manager they retaliate against you.I know of other employees who make mistakes all the time, one of them is my friend ,her hours have not been cut back like they did with Sean's. So , what what do I think of PetSmart? I wish my son had never worked at that place , he is heart broken. The management team is disgusting.If my son was such a terrible employee , why didn't he get fire him sooner? why wait almost one year?. Think about it .For the store manager it was a personal thing ,he wanted to get rid of Sean no matter what.

I bought fish from Hamilton, NJ Petsmart on Friday. By Saturday morning, all of my fish in my 75 gallon tank were dead!! This is outrageous!! Some of those fish we have had for many years. OMG!!!

This message is just to recognize the good service provided by two of your associates at the store located at store #1023New Orleans,La 70123 "Anna" the register person: She is very nice and polite, also very well aware of custumer service she smile every time i visit the store and help me in all my needs,Randy the manager is excellent manager at this store.I visit ths store each month and to me is very important the service provided by this two persons.I dont return to any business "when" they don't provided good service.I work for a industry where customer service is the very important number one reason why they want to have return costumers,the revenue is base in..How well we treat the costumer. Thank you.
