Will NEVER buy from this company again. HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered three orders very close in date to each other. The first order was lost, so they sent another set of prints which I DID receive. My second order was never received, and I cannot get any satisfaction wondering what happened to it because they no longer have a PHONE LINE to talk to an actual human being, only chat and the chat is going NOWHERE. My third order hasn't even shipped yet and it's been over a week since I ordered.

NEVER AGAIN will I order from this completely inept, incompetent company that has NO TOLL-FREE NUMBER to speak to anyone!!

On 11/17 I ordered nine items for Christmas presents. I paid expedited shipping to the tune of 80$ to guarantee that the items would arrive by Dec. 6. Only two arrived. It is as though you are treating the whole order like five orders. I'm so unhappy and you make it impossible to contact you. I've been waiting on live chat for one hour only to be disconnected when I was 11 in the cue. Tried it again and got to 41 and was knocked off again.

I need to know when the other items will arrive. How can I find this out.
So disappointed. The worst service I've encountered.

I ordered my Holiday Cards on 11/6/23 and was supposed to receive them on 11/13/23. On 11/17/23 I found out that tUPS never received my shipment. Only the label was created. I contacted the customer support chat and a new order was posted which was supposed to be delivered today. I just found out that the same problem occurred again. UPS never received my order. What is super annoying is that now I won't be able to take a majority of the cards to Europe on my trip next week. Instead I have to mail the cards (if I ever receive them). An additional cost! Will never order from Snapfish again!!!

OMG I was lured to Snapfish with the 70 off deal. I HAD NO IDEA THAT ON MY $117.00 ORDER I WAS GOING TO PAY $81 SHIPPING. I spent many hours creating and now I have 9 gifts that are going to cost $81 to have shipped. So deceiving in the lure and marketing. It's not really a deal at all. UGH! Tried to contact them via chat, basically all that did was a statement that justified the shipping cost because of the "extra care to packaging and handling." Really disappointed. Basically, no customer service. One last thought if I didn't use the promotion for 70% off I could use a freeship29, the rep said they didn't have any free shipping available. Such lack of Customer Service.

I have screen prints to show that other canvas printing and items are a 1/4 of the shipping that snapfish is charging. Bottom line my experience is dishonest offerings. NOT 70% off because shipping is inflated to cover the low priced offerings. Shame on a company that has so many opportunities.

Terrible experience, I placed an order from Snapfish.com I have the order # if needed. The order was sent back to Snapfish. I found out the reason why it was returned was because when Snapfish filled out the shipping label they neglected to put my complete address on the label. They put my name and the town I live in with the state and zip code but did not put my PO Box Number on the label. I have proof of this if need be. To make matters worse after this happened it seems that Snapfish somehow blocked me from contacting customer service via chat. I tried 3 different browsers and every time I try to contact someone I get a message saying "Some Unexpected Error has Occurred Please Try again". if I try again the same thing happens. I also cannot view any of my order details. Extreme aggravation caused by snapfish.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. There is a serious language barrier. Rather than helping with my actual problem, they kept cancelling an order that didn't have a problem. I finally gave up, after spending money on three different wrong orders. $60 down the drain, and I still don't have the gift I was trying to order. Guess I'm going else where. A

Don't use this company they are a rip off and very Un customer friendly.
I ordered two photo books based on an email I received and when I went to use the discount code after 3 hours creating them it said it was only good on certain sizes. I placed the order anyway because i needed to get it done. I called customer service to
ask if they could at least refund my shipping costs cuz that was part of the coupon offer they had and they refused to do that. They sed certain codes are for certain items. Your gonna tell me they couldn't issue a credit, that's BS. Take your business elsewhere there's so many choices out there that really care about their customers

this is NOT legit company
if you have an issue there is NO way to get past L1 morons- they are rude- they lie-wont gave real name- wont give badge number. talked to 15 idiots all gave a differnt answer- and they are all indian- my account was locked by snapfish- of cours they had no explaination- then they said account was unlocked but it isnt- u call corporate number and you get automatic anserwing service that says "snapfish,leave a message" are you serious?

I never thought I would say anything negative about Snapfish as I have been a very satisfied customer for many years making 14 photo books. This is the first time I needed customer service. I ordered a gift to a friend Dec 16 and it never arrived. It is now Jan 8. I left an email at Snapfish (the one that promised a response in 24 hrs.) No reply. It's been 3 days. I left a message for a call back. No reply. Called the chat line. The person couldn't find the order even with the tracking # and order # was going to send it to someone I don't even know in the wrong state. After 45 minutes getting no where, I said good bye---so many typos and stock responses as others have described. I called again, spoke to a pleasant woman and asked for a free item to be sent to me and I would send it to my friend. She assured me not to worry. BUT then I never got an email confirmation that my "Order had been received" so I was unable to check on this. I called again the next day and got a pleasant person who assured me the item was reordered, but I would not get an email until it was shipped. Meanwhile, they are very quick to send a "rate our helpline". Now I will not rate them until the product is in my hands.
This is so disappointing. I LOVED Snapfish.

NEVER use SNAPfish ever again. 3 phone calls and I have to track down my undelivered graduation invitations (graduation is over) at UPS and have them sent back to Snapfish in order to receive my refund. Not only is it a waste of my time for their error, but I have to use my free time to resolve an issue that is not my fault. 2 orders from Vista Print got delivered without any problem just one week before and Snapfish was unable to deliver the product. Plus I never got to use the invitations for my sons party. Unacceptable behavior on their part with all the competition out there. Please don't put yourself through the pain of using Snapfish. So not worth any discount they may offer you. Horrible Horrible company.

I will never use Snapfish again. I placed an order of Christmas cards on December 6th and they said they shipped it on December 8th. It is December 22nd and I still have not received them. I have talked to customer service numerous times and they have a different story every time. One told me that UPS lost the package. I called UPS to have them track it and they said it was never tendered to them. Called Customer service again and the rep told me to wait one more day. Waited three days still did not receive, then called again asking for my money back and the rep said that she was not authorized to give me my money back but she will have her supervisor call me within the hour. I waited the whole day and they never called. Finally I called again and The rep on the phone was rude and told me sometimes the shipping can take thirty days and the only way I was getting my money back was if I never received the cards. This company is truly horrible and should never be allowed to work with customers. Also I know I was not the only one having issues as every time you call they tell you what number you are in line to talk to an agent and it was never less then 150.

I used snapfish for years and was happy. Last year, they were sold. I have not been happy with them since the sale and conversion to the new website. Support is automated or outsourced outside the US. I put a question on their chat box and my answer was not related to my question. It was as if they picked out 1 or 2 key words and used the best answer.

I am a longtime Snapfish customer and this year I made my usual order and still have not received it. I was told via the tracking it shipped on 12/11 and yet it is nowhere to be found. I tried to contact customer service and it is sad to say an automated e-mail is all I got. You cannot call, you cannot talk to anyone.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and am very disappointed in that you cannot get to customer service or a live person. The corporate office does not answer as well.

snapfish really is horrible. i never ever had a problem with them and this year is the worst and if it was only a couple of days i would understand but this is out of control. also the copy and paste messages we get from chat is unacceptable. i am going to shutterfly. they seem much more capable.

I placed my Christmas Card order on Nov. 30th...It is now Dec. 17th and they have not even shipped. I have chatted 4 times now trying to either get my cards or my money back and I get neither. The customer service is horrible and I get the same answer over and over... "Please don't worry about your order we are working as quickly as possible and we will send you an email when the order has sipped." When I asked to talk to a manager they just put me on hold and came back and said... "I talked to my manager and they have upgraded your shipping to 2 day shipping" but they had already done that the last time I had talked to someone....so they did nothing. And all I wanted to do was cancel my order and get my money back. This company is a joke.

Been a customer FOR YEARS AND YEARS. The service now sucks. worst ever in any company i have EVER dealt with still dont have christmas cards that where ordered. i am transferring everything from 2006 off the site. i cannot believe the incompedence of 1 company.

Long time customer... and lost this Christmas due to ridiculously poor customer service. Not only do their reps need to speak English better (how is it that ALL contacts with them this week have come from ESL folks?) and they actually need to give about customer care.

Good Afternoon,
On November 30, I placed an order and requested standard shipping. Your website indicated it would take 4 days to make the product and 3-5 for shipping. On Dec 8th, I looked at my order and it simply said "In Process." I submitted a request asking for an update. I could barely understand the response, pasted below, because of the broken English. I responded asking if there was a way, this is intended as a gift, to expedite the order or the shipping. I received an equally unreadable response and am now left wondering when my purchase will be sent and arrive at my home. I can provide the order number in email if that will provide me any real information or updates. My main concern here is that the response seems to be auto generated or form response with very poor proof reading involved as both times I email, the response was almost word for word identical despite my different questions. My other concern is that because your company is busy, yes I know it is the holidays and quite busy, the expectations set at the time of order are now null and void.

I have been a customer of Snapfish for many years ordering for Christmas and other times of the year. Fortunately this is the first time I've had a problem, needing help. The chat line keeps say wait a moment then disconnects, your 800 # is disconnected. Your main number has a recording on it. Your email hasn't answered. Im on a deadline and have been putting hours into this.....please make yourself available to your customers. please.......

I really wish you would STOP sending me e-mails. This is my 3rd attempt with you to try to ask you to stop. It's getting close to harrasment. I get 1 a day. I have called your corporate office and spoke with a lady who said they would stop but still they continue

I have been attempting to communicate - UNSUCCESSFULLY with SnapFish via email. It must be a virtual program or else they outsource (no...... Do companies really do that?). The answers I get are idiotic. "Download app and get free 100 prints for a year" NOT. They keep telling me to reinstall the 4.2 app. Even if there were a choice it's not that one. Reviews for the SnapFish app make it abundantly clear not to expect that to happen!
Ok then, what about the free gift offers I keep getting. Click here to get your free 8X10 etc: it just takes you to the page to "buy_" stuff. The latest one "free 4X6 flat soft cover book w/20 pages". Can't order that it doesn't exist! They're solution credit me for above mentioned non-existent item. Did they? NO. They took the credit off my account in that the offer no longer appears. But Lucky, I still have my credit for 100 free prints for installing they're app that doesn't work so you can't use them anyway. And. ... even if you could the app site is impossible to navigate. The only recap you get is total prints chosen but no way to determine which ones. The editing feature allows you to choose quantity from like 1 to a gazillion. I don't know what of. No big deal - even if you start throwing stuff in the cart; it's time to play "Beat the Clock" because the app is gonna crash & burn before completion; especially fun for large time consuming orders.!

I have spent over 3 hrs. from last Sat. and now Mon. to correct a problem signing on. Each time I am run through password or e-mail address incrooect. After many new password attempts, (hard to read) losing the tech. support retrying another with the same problems. I tried again Mon. got a guy via ph.# that didn't work either. It keeps saying my e-mail address is in use. So I can't use it. It says enter a different e-mail address that one's in use.
I've tried to get a Stateside ph. # no luck. What the Hell is wrong with this co. ????

I spent the better part of today building a wall calendar with personal photos and about 30 personal dates. When I ordered the calendar I received message that "Product no longer available". ???? This morning is the first I went to the site to build the calendar, the site took me to the Promotional Three Gift Calendar to build. I did LIVE CHAT and told them I was disappointed about the pricing, but would pay the current price. THEY SAID I HAVE TO START OVER ON THE CALENDAR!!!! Even though it is a standard calendar that they now offer, the data/ photos/ etc input on their promotional product cannot be used on regular pricing calendar! You have to be kidding me. I am going back to SHUTTERFLY

Extremely poor customer service. I have attempted to use their "chat" customer service feature multiple times and the representatives just keep telling me someone will reach out to me in 24-48 hours...that was 2 weeks ago! I contact them every 2-3 days and get the same answer. They overcharged me for my order and I have documentation from my bank confirming this. Thieves. I will never use them again and have warned all my friends to work with another company. There are many companies out there that offer the same products and provide their customers with swifter resolution to matters such as these.
