Stubhub is bar none the WORST company. When covid hit they gave me a one year credit amount on sports tickets I bought. One year into covid for a 64 yr old still not good to go to crowded event. When I tried to get the credit extended they wouldn't. Robbed my money. This summer I stupidly bought parking thru Stubhub for an Atl Braves game. I ended up not needing it. Sold and delivered the tickets and even after 8 different calls I never received the $47 due. So they took that money too!

Total scam! Worst customer service! Purchased tickets and was told after purchase I would receive them on day of concert. I decided to sell them. After they sold, also through stubhub, I Was told I needed to send tickets over the day BEFORE the tickets were to be sent to me. Which is impossible. Im now receiving emails, TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO DATE LISTED, that I will be re charged with in 48 hours if I don't provide my stubhub buyer with the tickets STUBHUB NEVER SENT ME!!! NIGHTMARE

Extremely predatory and deceitful customer service. I needed assistance when a transfer didn't go as expected and a link was supposed to be sent to me so I could send the tickets. The barcodes had been scanned and seemed as normal, I found out the morning of it hadn't transferred. Customer service said an email was coming and they would call back in 30 minutes. She cancelled the transaction instead and charged me. The next person hung up on me. The last one pretended to be assisting, refused to allow me to send the buyers the tickets, and lied about reversing the charge. It is theft through business practices and in the amount of $580.

This is the worst customer service ive ever had. I have been left with no info for 7.5 months on an event i spent almost $1000 on. Nobody sent me the tickets so i cant even try to resell them. Nobody has sent an update on the "postponed" date that seems like it will never happen. When i talked to customer service, they put me on hold for 30 MINUTES to talk to a supervisor just to tell me he's too busy with other calls and have the customer service rep END THE CALL WITH ME!! How can a supervisor refuse to talk to a customer and then company hang up on the customer? Am i not worth the time to talk to? Am i less important than the other customers the supervisor is dealing with? Absolutely ridiculous.

You guys are awful. Awful customer service, everyone speaks broken English and there is no number to corporate to complain. You guys are keeping people's money when there is a virus on the planet...

i purchased tickets for an event which was rescheduled to a date we cannot make. Disappointed the only options were to sell and hope they sell even though the artist stated refunds would be given to those who could not attend the new date!!!!!! I had no idea I was purchasing tickets from a 3rd party seller!!!! You need to put a notice on your screen like a FLASHING ALERT letting people know you DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR RESCHEDULED EVENTS and IT IS JUST TOO BACK YOU HAVE A LIFE, A JOB AND WE DON'T CARE IF YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK! I have never purchased tickets to a concert online before so this has all been a very negative experience. No guarantee my tickets will sell ! Filed insurance claim not sure if that will be processed for payment. Had to get a letter from employer!!!!! THIS IS JUST NOT FAIR!!!!! I only purchased insurance because of weather in case it snowed since we live 3 hours from the venu!!! thinking positive this will be resolved in my favor and help many others in my same place

Do not trust this company or promised Fan Guarantee protection. They do not stand by their policies or what a customer service rep stated or promised in conversations. I would strongly advise not buying tickets from these scalpers.

THE WORST customer service , I have EVER experienced in MY ENTIRE life, tried to post tickets would not allow debit , then they listed them any way and REFUSED to explain how this was possible and what my method of getting paid was, had me on hold FOR decades, Then some smart ass gets on the phone and tells me I'm an idiot and I WILL NOT yell at him even though I was simply asking how they could list MY tickets without my approval, and failed to contact me regarding how I would be paid AFTER I was told the listing was no good. Then as I TRIED to ask questions I was CONTINUALLY talked over until eventually I asked for a transfer to someone who was willing to explain , and I was HUNG UP ON .....TERRIBLE SITE, TERRIBLE BUSINESS, OVERALL fishy operations and THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER received
