As a public entity Super Cuts is required by the ADA to accommodate clients with celiac disease. Therefore, I should have been allowed to bring my own gluten free shampoo to your store in Foley AL and been given a shampoo, especially since the staff tried to obtain shampoo for me and could not!To neglect to do so violated my rights and was descrimination!

Terrible experience today. Customer for several months in Foley, AL. Am caeliac and brought gluten free shampoo with me. They refused to use it even tho I told them I am celiac and could not use theirs. Four months ago manager said she ordered gluten free shampoo but it never came.
Bad attitude and no effort to help.
I will NOT be going back to Super Cuts, because they are NOT SUPER!

I had my hair cut at the West Roxbury, MA site. The next day I had severe itching around my neck. I doubt whether the apron tied around my neck had been washed. They probably use the same apron on everyone and transmit infection. I was unable to submit a complaint on their website.

I go to only Supercuts, for a decade at least. Hair always has been perfect, yet, 5,6 months ago a new technician , died my grey roots a DARK mousy brown , it's been 5,6 months and they haven't corrected it. It's terrible. They keep dying my roots a red , not the original color either, just stands out terribly , it's awful weird red, then a band of very dark color then a beautiful auburn...... problem instead of making my hair all one color the auburn they repeat the same mess and I go Bach within the week to show them how bad it is, and their fix is to darken the red roots to a yucky brown matching the mess they created 5,6 months ago. ! SO now I have over three inches of dark brown hair, then a beautiful auburn. I'm really patient , but I've reached the end of my rope , I'm sick n tired of paying them to continually screw up my hair, time before this last visit it was bad, they said no charge, I came back 3 weeks later to have it fixed, they did the SAME DANG THING AGAIN !!!!!! But charged 73.00 for roots touch up. I sick n tired of telling them rip up the old card , please fix this and stop making my hair DARK DARK DARK BROWN , mousie brown !!! But to no avail. Manager just told me Friday , they won't correct it, they don't do corrections, WELL THEY SHOULD, !!! They messed up.... So now what. I , after over a decade , now have to fine a different shop , no longer going to super cuts !!!! Laura , my former location was Rosecrans in San Diego, CA... so disappointed !

I just want to say that your Supercuts location in Sabraton, WV is ridiculous. The phones never gets answered, there is never anyone there and ironically they never have time to do anything. This location might as well be shut down.

Made appt online for 10, which is when the shop on Boca Chica Blvd in Brownsville TX opened. Arrived at 10 to see stylist and one other customer. He hadn't even sat down yet. I told the gal I had a 10, and she said "I have to do him first." I waited over 20 minutes, then went to another SuperCutsk, where there was no wait. What's the point of making an appt if it's not honored?

I want to complain about my experience with Supercuts in Austin Texas . It is on far west blvd.
I went in and attempted to check in through the electronic check in system and it took a bit of navigation and I asked several questions to the one attendant cutting hair. She would not explain the questions I asked nor would she come to help although she was two steps away. She said that there were two people ahead of me although They were not present. She explained that they had called ahead I said that I understood. I asked if they would text me when it was time and she said no she would not text me. She said come back in 45 minutes.... I asked if she could tell me when the next two people were coming so that I would know if 45 minutes would be ample time for me to return. She said that I was stressing her out and that she did not feel comfortable cutting my hair. she asked me to exit the salon and told me that she was going to call the police. I have no idea what on earth is wrong with this woman. I then said I would like to speak to the manager. She said that she was the manager. this is completely unacceptable. To simply ask questions about the order of your place in line and to ask questions about the checking system is something that any client would be doing. For someone to threaten to call the police on you because you were asking questions that they do not seem to want to answer is inexcusable. To know that this person is a manager for your Super Cuts It's very troublesome. I have been to many Super Cuts and this one in particular several times. I seriously think you need to check into this woman's mental health and well-being. She seems paranoid and overwhelmed and frankly bizarre. Although I have enjoyed Supercuts in the past I will never again give you my business unless I am contacted by this office with some sort of help.

Had my hair colored and was given a price before we started then after 3 hrs in a chair ready to check out SURPRISE they charged me $100 more because my hair was long. They waited until after I was done to hit me with this. I want a refund for the overcharge

I had an appointment because of covid for 4:20 with Jamie in Bridgewater nj asked in 10 minutes early and she is just starting with a long haired female.
I waited 15 minutes and it was going to be around 30 minutes more.
Wtf I had an appointment and she took a walk in 5 minutes before she had an appointment.
Done with supercuts.

I got a haircut from a lady at Supercuts in San digo who spoke of her live in boyfriend having Covid19. She also mentioned she was NOT vaccinated!! Why are your employees not required to be vaccinated? Tomorrow California opens up. I am at risk, and because of YOUR LACK OF DUE DILIGENCE, I will never return to Supercuts again, and will let others know of my experience.

Went to super cuts in Lyndhurst NJ asked for a shoulder length cut and long layers. The stylist chopped my hair up lt looks like a little kid did it he didn't even frame my face never again and then said oh I have to charge you more because it's long hair what never have been charged for long hair my hair only went to my shoulder blades.

i've been going to supercut over 2yrs i made a 1:30 appt in Bartlett tn. I arrived at 1:00 was told 2 were ahead of me i waited until 3:00 was told 2 more were ahead of me i waited patently until i took a walk was called and told it was my turn got back in 5mins was told i had to wait again i don't mind wating my turn someone messed up i waited 3hrs and received no results watching people come n go i understand online schedules i don't understand being called and still no service i've never asked for any service for free i don't understand

I made an appointment, but when I arrived I had to wait because they took 2 walk ins!!! Rude!!!
I was nervous sitting and waiting so I had to stand outside in the wind

I went to Supercuts in Fallbrook CA and they refused to cut my babies hair without a mask and he's only 12 months old. I explained to them that he's not aloud to wear a mask because he's under 2 years old and he can suffocate. They didn't care. They said guidelines state everyone has to wear a mask. It would be smart to inform them that if that's their policy then they need to say NO CHILDREN UNDER TWO ALOUD. Because they might be dealing with a lawsuit if anything happens to any of these babies that they insist on wearing a mask and being held still because the child refuses to wear one.

Your website says "no appointment necessary' - the door of your establishment located on Schoenersville Rd in Bethlehem PA says not appointment necessary - but I was met by two girls at this location stating that I couldn't be seen without an appointment - I left - I called them later to ask for the number of the corporate office and was informed they didn't have a corporate office! They processed to tell me that there's a law stating I need an appointment which of course is not true. I clearly expected to wait to be seen perhaps even in the car but I never expected the level of unprofessional Sm displayed by your employees

Time to find a new place to get.a haircut. Supetcuts price gouging for procedures already mandated by state laws in disinfection. ADDITIONAL COST JUST BECAUSE SUPERCUTS COULD. 3.95 to do what is already SUPPOSED to be done.

Now that Hilo supercuts location is now open. I was a bit suprised that in addition to Haircut and tax there is a fee of $3.95 for sanitization. I was not forewarned of fee until i seen it on my receipt. Do you think the customer should be charged the added cost! Not right! Please advise.

Second request...I never received a response from you. I also have a damaged bleached t shirt along with a jean button down shirt. This whole situation is a complete nightmare. My hair is like cotton. So damaged. I have pictures of before & after along with my damaged clothing. I would like this situation taken care of as soon as possible. 6/10/20- came into your Chula Vista store- 609 Broadway, CV, CA 91910 spoke to Venette Hueso...I'm a senior & going grey. I wanted her to grey my hair so I don't have to go through the growing out stage., I spoke to her about it. She told me she is a color specialist & could do my hair no problem. Had a appt w/ her 6/12/20 @ 9:30 am. After over 3 hours. I'm now brassy red & my hair feels like straw. It's obvious to me it's over processed & damaged really bad. I have photos & very upset. I take a lot of pride in my beautiful long healthy hair. She left bleach on me 2 hours & even took a personal call left bleach on my head for 45 min w/o checking on me. I have scabs on my head & she got bleach all over the back on my shirt. I purchased a new shirt. It was on sale. It is $20.38 I have the receipt. She charged me $250.00 for the service & didn't deep condition & I had to ask her to trim it. She sold me some blue shampoo that does nothing. So after her tip & shampoo it came to almost $300.00... which she gave me no receipt ( I'm sure you can find it with your daily profit) Now I'm going to have to cut my hair off & cant color it due to its so damaged. What I want from you is a complete refund including my shirt cost it's ruined too. So total is $320.38. ...I expect to hear from you & take care of this issue or I will contact my attorney & you will be paying for legal fees on top. I'm sorry this has happened. My grandson just had the worst haircut imaginable at the Supercuts on Hwy 6 in Houston Texas. The staff was rude. Enforced my 4 year old grandson to wear a mask that didn't fit him & filled up with hair during his cut. He couldn't breathe, and inhaled hair in his mouth and nose. I have pictures of the awful haircut as well.

I was denied service on 5/7/2020 because I work in a hospital. I was told by the General Manager that it is corporate policy to not serve healthcare workers because we are all considered exposed to COVID-19. This is the Stonebridge Village location in Flower Branch Ga.

Ok i had a appointment on Wednesday January 29th 2020 and I wanted to get hair dyed cut and when I went there she left the dye on my hair too long and she wash my hair with cold water and then she burned my ear and pulling out my hair and then she burned my ear with a blow dryer and now my hair is very itchy and it hurts and it's very discomforting and im upset and would like a refund i spent 113.00$ for a service that was very upsetting and painful if she dont like her job then she shouldn't be working .and i didnt get a receipt but i need some answers please. On March 9, 2018 my husband wanted a haircut so I went on-line to Super Cuts at 5544 E. Kings Canyon Road, Fresno, CA 93727. My husband was on his way to work and was going to stop by Super Cuts to get his hair cut. The appointment was for approximately 6:30 pm. He arrived around 6:45. He was told that his name was not on on-line check-in and it would be a 45-minute wait for a haircut. He told him that his wife had completed the on-line check-in. My husband went back to his car and called me. I called that Super Cuts and told them what had happened. The clerk said, oh, yes, George is on check-in and when he gets here we will take him. I told her he was turned away by the person at the counter who said he did not have an appointment, and asked her who that person was. She said "I have no idea." I said, who was working the counter; she would not tell me. That Super Cuts is so rude and unpleasant and unhelpful each time we go in. Something should be done; a good customer should not be treated like that. I will contact the Better Business Bureau.

My attendant took my handicap son to get a hair cut and there was only 1 girl working and she was very rude so I called there corporate office to complain the next time our attendant took my son for a haircut the girl was there and she told my attendant ha ha you thought I would be fired well I'm still here. I wasn't trying to get her fired but she needs an attitude adjustment.

I checked in at the salon this morning @ approx. 10:45. Store located at 636 Old York Rd., Jenkintown, PA 19046. I was not greeted nor asked what I was having done. There were no other customers in the salon. After signing in I took a seat in the waiting area, in the mean time the two employees were having a personal conversation, then they proceeded to sweep up the hair from their stations. They walked to the back and stood there holding another conversation. Since neither one had the courtesy to let me know that someone would be with me I chose to leave. If this is the way those two treat their customers you are going to be loosing business when they are working. I have been using this particular salon for over a year because it is convenient and the staff has been always friendly and very accommodating. I have no Idea where these two came from but they need some customer service training. I am not going to stop using this salon I just will not go when either on of these women are working.

I went to Super Cuts in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, also known as the Western Plaza. I went with my sister & asked to get her hair trimmed, since they were busy the girl there told us to come back in the 30 minutes. 30 minutes later all 4 stylist were busy dying each others hair. Meaning 2 were seated and the other 2 were doing their hair. It was barely 1 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Unexceptable, sorry! Needless to say, after about another 30 minute wait we left. Very bad customer service, we went elsewhere.

I have been going to the same Supercuts at Forest Hill & Military Trail in West Palm Beach, Fl. for the past 10 yrs. My partner has been going there for 15 yrs. The two of us went in there at 3pm on Saturday Oct.5,2013. There were 2 Hispanic hairdressers and 1 Caucasian hairdresser working. One of the Hispanic hairdressers, is the lady who has been cutting my hair for 10 yrs. There were 2 Hispanic lady customers that came in after us and 4 total Caucasian customers. They had Spanish music playing on the radio when we walked in. I asked the manager (Karen Analy Forrester)in a nice way if she could change the music. She simply said, "No, I can't," in a very condecending way. I was very upset. I said," is the music for the customers or for you?" She totally ignored me from that point on. I think that was very inappropriate. She needs customer service training. She stormed out of the salon and didn't even say goodbye to the other hair stylists. I really hope you address this issue.

I am a customer of Supercuts in Enid, Oklahoma. I have had a run in with the manager named Telisha three times now. She seems to be in a bad mood most of the time. I happened to be the only customer in the salon one day last week and one the employees answered the phone and she stepped into the office and was speaking in a soft tone, (I could barely hear her, however I have excellent hearing & I could still hear her) she said I did not know we were suppose to call and wake you up so you could be here on time. About 20 minutes later the manager Telisha walked in & I understood the connection of the phone call and the manager arriving for work late. While I was having my hair styled she went off on one of the employees for not calling her & waking her up so she would arrive on time. Telisha seems to have a bad attitude and a b**** face on most of the time. The gentleman who I like is Dusty R. and he bends over backwards for me and is very respectful to me as well as all walks of life that walks through that door. The ladies that are just as helpful are Kayla, Shea, and Anita. All of these employees deserve a big pat on the back and a raise. I have not heard these employees gossip or say anything negative about anyone. However the manager Telisha and another lady seem to have plenty of gossip and negative things to say about a lot of customers. I have been offended by some of there conversations. It seems like each time I am in the salon the manager Telisha has not had a positive outlook on the business or a good thing to say about anybody. I called two different numbers and left several messages and I have yet to hear from anyone. I feel the manager Telisha needs to be terminated immediately because she is not qualified for this position and does not have the meaning of customer service. It is all about her!!!! I am very uncomfortable to walk in the salon when she is there. I have called the last couple of times to check and see who was in the salon and I try to avoid coming when Telisha is there.
