For the last several years, The Healing WELL, a non-profit in San Francisco's Tenderloin district, has given holiday gifts to people in the Cadillac Hotel (an SRO) and to community members who come to our programming. I was delighted to find your gift bags last year at such an incredibly reasonable price of 99 cents. The fact that they are reusable makes it an even bigger bargain! I thought you might enjoy seeing them, but I wasn't able to include a picture. We have incredibly generous people who donate the gifts that fill them. Last year, we gave out 125 bags with pajamas, art supplies, toiletries, a gift card to Target or Trader Joes and candy. This year, it was 180 bags with fuzzy socks, blankets, toiletries, gifts care and candy.

283 Henry Blvd Statesboro GA, This store is the dirtiest store I have ever been. Old gum stuck all over the front entrance on the side walk. The entry way does not look if it's ever been vacuumed. Real inviting! The inside of the store left much to be desired! Filthy again nothing swept or clean! I'm from Minnesota our stores don't look like this! I would be looking for a new manager! Has no one have pride in how things look.Paula

I have been buying at tjmaxx for unbelievably long time but ever since they started using the rewards App, and not just certificates, I am not able to use them electronically or on paper. I have called customer service about this issue several times but all I have heard, is sorry nothing we can do. I use my TjMaxx card on so many other purchases and the rewards are almost negligible compared to most reward cards. I pay my bill not only on time but many times not only before it is due, but several times in the month. Okay, time to find another rewards card....maybe airline miles,

I've been shopping at TJ for more then 20 years and never seen such no respect and no value to costumers in your stores. Yesterday night (around 8 pm) I was very upset. I was shopping in Pittsford store (3349 Monroe Ave, Pittsford, NY 14618). There was about 12-13 people staying in line, waiting and only one person on register. One lady asked manager Jamison, who was passing by to open at least one more register. He coolly answered: "We are doing our best". Turned around and went on the floor. There was sales person in jewelry department with no costumers there, another employee was hanging clothes on almost empty floor, but he would not call anybody to help. After waiting about 25 min. I've stopped him and pointed out that there is free person in jewelry department or the one is on the floor and if something like this is happening he himself should open the register and help out. He sarcastically answered, that he appreciate my opinion and left. When I was leaving the store, it was already two people in the jewelry department just talking with no costumers, that I've seen and line still was 10-12 people with only one register open. Who is responsible for my lost time? Very poor management!!!

I have been shopping at tj maxx for years I recently had baby welk
l she's 7 months old now. I recently went to the bangor, me store and was appalled that there was no diaper changing station so I had to change her on the disgusting dirty counter. The bathroom itself was disgusting and just from wiping the counter was filthy. Woman that were using the bathroom even stated they couldn't believe that there were no diaper changing stations.I mentioned this to the cashier and advised her that I had to change my baby on the dirty counter she said they always get compkaints and its up to the corporate office to fix this. She directed me to notify the corporate office. well here you go!

I have shopped at TJ Maxx and Marshall for many years. I started when my daughter was in the fifth grade and she is now 35 years old so that gives you an ideal of how long I have been a loyal customer to your brand. I have notice that customer service in your stores is declining. I was in the Las Vegas Store on Decatur and Sahara and stood patiently in line at the jewelry counter while the sale lady waited on another customer. When she finished talking to her customer she turned and started waiting on another customer, when I spoke up she then asked who is next, after I told her I was she looked at the other customer and said I am sorry but I will get some one to help you right away. The entire time I stood and waited she never acknowledge me standing there and did not offer to get some one to help me. She was going to ignore me if I hadn't spoken up. This type of rudeness is completely unacceptable.

I was at TJ Maxx on Sunday 10\27\13 a customer came in & said that associate was rude & had an attitude,I was sitting right there & heard everthing.The customer was not honest about the incident. The associate did nothing wrong.My name is Robert Perry.It was at location 0079 at about 5:15.

I Accidentally Dropped Money Out Of My Pocket,by The Checkout In Your Store, And While I Didnt Realize It At First, It Was Scapped Up By One Of Your Employee's Of Tj Maxx In Bayonne Nj. Management Assured They Would Review The Security Tape. But Im Sure This Will Never Happen, As We Know Its Bad Pr. What A Shame At Your Store, In Bayonne Nj. I Would Love To Explain The Exact Details And Circumstances, That Happened Today On Oct 23 At Aprx.13:57 Hrs.because It Does Matter And Every Detail Adds Up, To Prove Beyond A Doubt That My Account Of The Event Is True. But, Your Manager Was Not On My Side At All. So Much For Customer Appreciation. I Am A Struggling Single Mother On Disability, With A Son Diagnosed With Cancer And We Barely Make Ends Meet. What Was In My Pocket Was The Last Of What I Had For The Month.also So You Know, I Cant Get Into My E-mail Account, So If You Even Care To Respond To This Comment By E-mail, I Will Never See It, My Name Is Mary I Did Notify The Local Police. But They Were Not Able To Review Your Security Camera Video. You Have No Idea How This Has Affected Me And My Family. I live in Colorado Springs and was so disappointed to find out that they were getting rid of layaway. I used to shop there at least twice a week and I always found great bargains on handbags. Honestly I can no longer afford to go in and purchase a designer handbag without layaway. I am hoping that they change this policy and bring back layaway.

Layaway Protocol is terrible. Why does TJMaxx take our email address, telephone number, and address and never notify us of anything? My layaway was due 6/22/13. My daughter had a baby and I was out of town. I went to get it and told it was put back on the rack 6/23. To add insult, in addition to not having my purchase, you have a layaway charge which I can understand, then charged a "cancellation fee" which I DO NOT UNDERSTAND, no apology, just rudeness. I did not know my purchase was "cancelled". Why take our information and not even send an automated email or phone call to let us know it will be "cancelled"? I spend thousands each year at TJMaxx stores, and will never do this again. You just lost another loyal customer. The layaway policy should be changed to send at least one courtesy email notification.

Please check you telephone system in Kingsport, TN. It is terribly noisy and very loud. If you are using a bluetooth. You will have to remove it. See or better call and ask for an associate or just ask to be place on hold.

I have shopped at TJ MAXX in Davenport, IA for years, and visit the store atleast once, maybe twice a week. I have always loved my experience there, but this new manager they have is wretched. I bought a dress and heels there last week and did not try them on at the store, I wanted to try it on in my own home. I did not like the dress on me, and wore the heels for a total of 2 hours to see if I could break them in and they were absolutely uncomfortable, and were starting to cause blisters on my toes. I had the receipt, but no tags on the clothing, I must have thrown the tag away on the dress, and they wouldn't let me return the shoes because of the worn marks (from THEIR tags) and A deodorant mark on the dress, which was easy as pie to remove when I got back home. I will not be returning to this store unless they fix their attitudes and let me return my items. I have contacts in high places, and I will not be afraid to let everyone know about my experience there from here on out.

I would like this company to give customer three days after there layway is due out,things come up its not going to cost u any money to do that or one day,your store is so quick to put them back and when you call to ask for one day its always no from TJ Maxx stores especaiily in the state of TEXAS.....

yes i am a resident in dundalk maryland 21222 we used to have a aj wright very nice place tj maxx took over i thought more nice cloths. i thought wrong 99% of the cloths u have now r highly over priced example calvin klien jeans 40 dollers to much not worth it. ok andbthe rest of the mens cloths belong in the goodwill. please make a change. or i will pray u guys go out of bussness untill u make a change i will not spend a penny there n another thing i like 4x shirts barely have any that size this is america morons the fatist nation in the world hello i would highly appriciate feed back thank u my number is 4435002312

I would like to know what happen to employee customer service ? We go out of our way to give great service, to your customer.We were number one in our district 2011.Portsmouth NH. Most of use loved working hard ands took pride in all the hard work we did for Mr Warmen. Now we have to prove your store which was the best. To a new manager who now over works under staffs us.. We were told the better out sales the more hours we would get. What a lie.The new managers ready Treat use like we have no brains. We lost lots of good people. Why change what worked well.This store had no more team work. Everyone would walk out if jobs were not so few. Number one comes with treating your employees with respect and care.Thats how we got so good Thanks to a hard working kind MrWarman .When you treat people well they all work well together.To bad its no longer that way here.Maybe you should show some kindness to the every day people who show up work hard for little pay to make your stores money. Bring back employee kindness.

I am very upset about my experinece at the TJ Maxx located at 7670 Poplar Ave in the Germantown Village Square in Germantown TN. I put a lay-a-way in that was due out Saturday, 07/28/12. My layaway slip number is 21657598. I was sick & was not able to make it. I called Saturday, 07/28/12 @ 901-758-7822 @ 3:03p.m.& asked could they hold it until Monday, 07/30/12. The lady I spoke with was very rude. I wish I had gotten her name. She said to me "We don't do this but I will do it this one time & hold it until noon. I explained to her I get off @ 5:00p.m. She said "I will hold it until 5:00p.m. & after that it will be put back & she abruptly hung up. I realized that is not your policy. Her tone was very abrupt & she talked down to me. I came in Monday @ 5:15p.m. & was advised it was put back Sunday, 07/29/12 @ 5:00p.m. The lady I spoke with apologized & stated "We are a small store & you should have spoke with a manager". I advised her I thought I was speaking with a manager because she led me to believe she was. I told the lady I spoke with Monday; I think her name was Ms Dale that I spend a lot of money in that store. Her response to me was "It doesn't matter if you spend 250,000.00; we don't have the room to store the items because we are the smallest store. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. To make matters worse, I tried to find my items & they were gone. I received 5.00 back & it is not about the money. It is about how I was treated. If the lady didn't plan to hold my items, she should have told me she was going to. I only accepted her tone to me over the phone because I wanted my items & I get there & they are gone. I am so done with shopping with your company & will ensure I let the world know about how I was treated.
