recently i noticed i couldn't get into my twitter account well i haven't been online most of the month of December 2015 due to surgery and recovery but i couldn't log in yesterday and i remember i couldn't log in a week or so ago ...i passed off ..due to pain lol. but i clicked on the forgot password selected to for reset to be sent to my email addy ..right? WELL WTF???? they sent it i did receive it but they were referring to someone else not me beginning with their salutation "Hi Nisha Long" " WTF? twitter's sending my info to someone else because i got someone elses account listed with my email addy. WAIT ...when i searched for my user name in twitter came up with ***Owens except was all in lower case lettering ...now they wouldn't allow 2 users to have that two users with the same name that close to be exact right? well they sure as hell won't contact u, and i read that they were sending out resets to other users and quite a few without the users awareness. so now what someone has access to my account? my information? so how do i get this fixed? ANY SUGGESTIONS?



i wrote twitterinc on facebook and they have to approve ur msg before they will post it so there is another waiting period for approval and all the while the @ss hole who has got my info is able to dive in deeper i mean how does this sort of thing happen with a major corporation? security security security!!!!!!!!! and WHERE THE HELL IS TWITTER?

This account I had I have not used in years. My picture is showing on Google. I've tried contacting Twitter to deactivate this account but you can not get a hold of anyone. this is very scary then you wonder why people get killed and staked. I have made notes of the times I have tried to contact Twitter I will contact an attorney and let them know TwItter failed to help me. Your organization is sick and disgusting for not helping. But I will make your orgazation miserable until I speak to someone

Someone has opened a Twitter account in my name. I've tried to contact Twitter to cancel this account but all I get is a recording
saying " can't handle issues over the phone".This is ridiculous how they treat people.

I think you should be able to sort followers by name, even if they are someone else's, even if there are a million of them.

I have a question. How does someone know they have been muted by someone and just not simply ignored? Usually, when someone interacts with one of your tweets, it adds the tweet they are interacting with and then their interaction. If just the interaction shows, does it mean the person has muted them? At least when you blocked someone it was clear to everyone!

My account has been hacked so I can't get into it

Every time I contact you by email, three times to be exact you respond asking me to change my password but I can't do that as the hacker has taken it over You have a telephone number that doesn't expect you to be able to speak to anyone and you want me to go back to sending an email when I have already sent three This is a very serious and threatening hacking and I will soom be forced to call the police and expose the incredibly poor response I am getting from you0

I am currently in a court case with a girl on twitter who no longer follows me and has made her page private. Her tweets will determine weather or not jail time will have to be done, how would I get a hold of information as such? I also believe the girl has inactivated one account to start another but, I am not sure.

When my daughter ran away a couple years ago I made a page on Twitter to help find her, today I deleted that page finally when I found out how (not too computer literate lol). Anyways, after I did that MY regular Twitter page I lost my picture, my followers, people I follow, it will not recognize my email address or my password. What is the deal here, I think this is total..well you know what I mean. I can't find a phone number for them, there is literally no way to contact them, at least I have found no way. Anyways, just a vent!

Does Twitter think it is good business to alienate their customers. You are big now but if you keep suspended accounts for no reason and not answering tickets. You will become the next Myspace. Have some respect for the people who made your company what it is. Your arrogance and treatment of your CUSTOMERS is astounding.

I deactivated my twitter account for a few days. When I went to get back on ALL of my followers were gone including the people I was following. Before you deactivate it it says that all followers will still be the same until the 30 days is up. I DON'T appreciate this happening especially when I had 500 followers the came about over four years. This is very un organized company. I will not recommend this to anybody!!!! I'm pretty sure won't get a reply. But just to let you know how your company SUCKS! -THANKS.

I'm disappointed about twitter, because after I sign in on my evo4g,if I type anything I can't tweet, because the tweet tab is disabled. Also I find it unbelievable that there's no tab to sign out of twitter, so are you forcing people to stay logged on permanently against their will? I have installed and uninstalled through twitter app at least four times, hoping that the problem is fixed but nothing has changed, so I will not reinstall it until you fix this issue or maybe I'll just stay away from Twitter for good.

While it is nice that to find out that twitter actually has a phone number it is unfortunate that a customer cannot talk to anyone for support issues you do not cover in your help section. My Emails of inquiry are not responded to hence the need for an active phone number that has a human being to talk to instead of only a recording that tells you no customer support is offered over the phone. This is the primary reason Twitter users would want your phone number when twitter customer support does not provide the help needed. I am a human rights activist and have been tweeting human rights issues petitions information site news global crisis concerns for human rights crisis genocide childrens and womens rights etc all human rights related for 3 years now. 2013 will be my fourth year. I still am not listed as one of the human rights people in your twitter search. How many years of tweeting before I can make that list?

My phone crashed. Had to get new e mail. Twice. Then my Twitter wouldn't work with old e mail. Had to get a new e mail for that. I believe my account was hacked. So I closed my Twitter account, opened a new one. Then I got suspended from Twitter. I think it's because of all the different e mains. I don't know. No one will help me get answers. Notified Twitter several times. Nothing. It's not fair.
