I have been trying to get support due to the after affects of being on this dating site with bank statements to prove this. I have been harmed threatened lied about and had copyrighted stolen material used for illegally and for illegal profit. I have had illegal recordings in my rental home threats from landlords and unintendable intentions to harm a single professional woman to the point where I have lost business had my Vehicle damage on purpose left homeless on the street with massive Criminal harm and many laws broken. Without supports from involved officers and more due to again highly stolen material used for many illegal purposes which was my words my future and my inspiration for future generations. To be put down on such low levels is wrong and to have been lied about my sexuality and more is not to be taken lightly. I need to have access for legal purposes since my accounts prove all of it. Dates timelines people involved and criminal intent to harm someone with illegal hacking and more.

I have been on Zoosk for approximately three months. Something happened to my account and I cannot log on to any members page. I have been trying to straighten out this problem for almost 3 weeks. I have emailed Zoosk's technical support team everything that they have asked for and all I get back in response is to try this or that which I have done everything that they have asked and nothing works. I have asked for a credit which they have denied. Never again will I be a Zoosk member!

Can't log in and called customer service and finally got the mail to reset my password but it didn't work and until now.Dis appointing for 2 day's now and i did tried to reset again but no email for resetting.hopefully you will fix this issue ASAP thanks!

I'm writing because this is my second time trying to get on this site the have taken out 69.$ . I don't have the money to keep doing this. The problem is after I get set up in the pay , I go looking at the site and find one I'd like to talk to and when I go to leave a message it carries me right back to payment method. This has been going on and on.

Signed up the 3rd of sept. Next day account was compromised. They had me use another email address to sign up again on the 5 th of sept. On the 8th they shut down my account and had me use an alternate email they issued and could not get back into my account they said was still open and waiting for me. I believe that now i cannot retrieve my account that the site is not right... bogus ! Looks like I'm out my $29.95 in just 5 days of when I was charged the fee.

They flat out lie to you period Huge the so called person in customer service let me a a cm it took since July 28th to get back to me and to be told I was wrong that couldn't have happen when in fact it did I have all calls but one recorded to them and will be posting them soon .. call me a lier puck you zooks

Zoosk is fake ripoff losers thief they don't care about their people all they ant is your money and then they block your account their terms of services is a fake they tell you that you broke the terms of service which is a lie this site needs to be taken down and taken of the websites for good fake and a fraud should be sued for trillions of dollars and more zoosk sucks.

Got news for you pieces of crap!!! I just called and canceled my debit card so you won't get another friggin nickel!!!! I tried everything to unsubscribe just to find out that i'm being charged anyway!!!! I will be contacting the better business bureau along with several other online services who need to know about your practices!!! And i promise you this, i will do everything in my power to discredit you online and off!!! Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have made TEN CALLS trying to get help getting your app on Facebook to DISAPPEAR! My first time calling on June 19, a very wonderful woman named to Mary removed the app, assisted me in deleting the app only to have it to return once again on the 22nd of June. I DO NOT EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU and am unable to use my Facebook account! If you click 'cancel' it does not and I surely do NOT want to click OKAY and there is no 'x' to get rid of it! It was suggested that I create a profile so I could delete it that way. WHAT? Because I DID have an account with you back in 2008 or 2009, your "system" picked up my email and I am STUCK with this app! One rep totally deleted everything and now your tech support will not do anything to fix this! I am told to contact Facebook but I can't do that as your app prevents me from doing ANYTHING including getting emails, messages, etc! I am BEYOND frustrated!! The ONLY thing different on that app? The 'okay' is now on the right side and the 'cancel' which STILL DOES NOT WORK is on the left side! STILL NO WAY TO GET THIS APP OFF MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT! I NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE CARE OF THIS PLEASE!!!

Please unsubscribe me for such a losing company. I can not believe that I have had the misfortune to know this company. I would really like my funds back please. A full explanation will be given to a person verbally. A company who has no real contact numbers, no real customer service, no real business is making liads of money from it's unsuspecting customers. I would urge anyone, do not part with any money for this company.

I would love to register a massive complaint against Zoosk. I was conned to pay my money and unfortunately I paid for a 6 month subscription. Within less than 3 days I wanted to cancel and have my money refunded, but none of the phone numbers registered worked. The subscription cancellation on the site does not work as is described, so cancelling is not an option. There seems to be no way of speaking to anyone once you have paid. On top of that if you are lucky (or unlucky in this case) enough to receive details of matches, you can't even talk to the match as more money is requested in the guise as - "you need to purchase some coins" . This is the most ludicrous rip off site I have ever had the displeasure to come across.

I am going to contact the state attorney general office. Zoosk claims that the site is free. It's not free.
Who ever reads the profiles have been deleting parts of my profile and now my photos. I was going to join however with the way they have been doing things and the comments others have made about Zoosk, I am not about to join. POF dating site is FREE. They don't charge for gifts (images) and chat and email is free. Zoosk is just money hungry. Deleting my photos and parts of my profile, that's how you treat your members?

I am thinking after the New Year you aren't going to have as many subscribers. I thought about it...several times but after what I have read and my own personal experiences with the site I changed my mind. For one..your site is WAY too expensive for what you get. There are several sites..and yes..some free that are WAY better. Another...if I were to subscribe then I would only be able to talk to other people who have subscriptions. Out of the several people who contacted me I only liked 2 (out of 50+) and out of those only one was subscribed and lived further away of the two and if I had to chose it was the one who didn't have a subscription whom I was more interested in so I wouldn't be able to talk to him anyway. My suggestion is to change the way you do things or you won't be "#1" for long...if you guys really even are. Have to really wonder. Number one rip-off maybe. Screwing people out of their money won't do you guys any good for much longer..there is WAY too much competition out there!!!

In America, this is illegal cyber activity.
