I've had MJ for almost 3 years. In the beginning, the sound was poor but has improved a lot. Three weeks ago, the part that plugs into the USB, fell out of the MJ so it cannot connect to my laptop. I contacted "customer NO service", 5 times, totaling more than 7 hours of "chatting", was told that if I paid $10.43, they would expidite sending me a replacement. Well, that was almost 3 weeks ago -- NO MJ REPLACEMENT. How sad that a "communications company" does not communicate! Meanwhile, my credit card number is floating around MJ offices and I have no service.
