Original Comment i bought a magic jack plus in four months ago and its not working and i cannot get hold of some either online or on the phone. online you have to pay before you can talk to anyone and they dont even have an answer for you, which basically means that your money that you're paying for customer service on the phone just went to waste. over the phone, they only answer billing questions, they refuse to answer anything else even if you curse the crap out of them, they just hang up the phone on you. i bought two magic jack plus and i will be returning both of them. magic jack sucks.
