Original Comment I have had my magic jack for four years, I used it alot when it was working properly. I renewed my subscription for five years on a special deal for $79.00 a few months before my next year was up. I get a notice stating it was time to renew. I put a total of 14 hours chating with many of their unhelpful Reps. I was told they did get my payment for an additional five years. Well... it expired and they shut me off. I chated for several more hours to find out I was in review (?) they still never told me why or what their review was for. I have been put on High Priority Urgent Matter. That was three months ago. I still havn't got my money or my phone back. My next step is contacting the corporate office. 5700 George Ave. West Palm Beach Fl. 33405 561-794-9925. Then I'll take them to court!.
