I am extremely dissatisfied with my furniture order placed on-line on 11 Aug. I was told that the table I ordered would be shipped out in 7 to 14 days and was given a confirmation number. After 10n days , when I didn't hear anything from them, I checked my order on line and was very surprised to see that they had cancelled my order. When I called the customer service, I was put on hold for about 15 minutes and then told that the item was on back order until Nov, and since they didn't want me to wait till then, they just dropped my order!! They should have had courtesy to inform me about this, and a good company would perhaps offered me an alternative to keep the customer happy!<br /> When I talked to the supervisor to complain, she told me that they were very busy and did not have time to get in touch with me. Readers tell me what you think of the way JCP handles their customers? I shall never bother to waste my time on their site.
