Original Comment I believe that Walgreens is hiring incompetent people. Most, not all do not have knowledge on how to deal with customers. Your compann needs to add this to their training program.. They may have a degree but they are incompetant on speaking with people, They are RUDE and talk to you like you are stupid.<br /> They do not seem to care about their jobs, especially on the phone, This includeds some managers as well For example store 06866. The only store I liked was on Touhy Ave west of Harlem Ave. Chicago. The store 06866 makes many mistakes. They insisted, that my script was not there.They want to give the impression that they are always right and are very rude. They also need lessons on how to speak on the phone in a professional manner.!!<br /> <br /> Thank you
