I purchased the plus since February 2012. I had major problems with their porting of my Vonage number, but I contacted M.J. while chatting with Vonage and that was correct. The quality was very poor but was able to correct that. Then my computer fax program could not work properly, but after allot of time, chatting and back and forth, it was corrected. Their site states that they have the traditional call waiting, however whenever I hit the flash button to get the inbound call, the original is disconnected. Their chat rep. stated that they don't have the option to fix this and will not refund any money if purchased longer than 30 days. I only found this site by accident when I tried to find their corporate office to complain about their false advertising; however, I only wish that I had seen this site B/4 buying this service. Although, I'm saving allot of money, I'm too afraid that I will also experience the same problem that everyone else has experienced. I will not renew my service when it's up and I'm gong back to Vonage. In fact, their call forwarding only works when you deactivate you home number and you can only do that by way of the internet. At least Vonage gives us the option of forwarding while your home number is still active. This way, I will not miss any calls if I should happen to leave my house instead of waiting around the home all day for a call. BEWARE OF MAGIC JACK.............
