PLEASE count me in on whatever we can do to magic jack! I called three months ago to extend my service, and paid $35 or so... I had to call back because my phone didnt work, couldnt make a call. The customer service rep. told me I had a specialized number and I had to pay an additional $10 to turn my system back on. I refused first of all this would have been my 4th year, I didnt have to pay that before... so I cancelled it, the rep wouldnt budge and she was nasty. Then how about I just got charged again for service, this time I had just enough to cover a bill that was going to come out. Well the cost me and additional $72, when I called The rep told me that the charge of $36 will be back in my account in 3 to 5 days, but she wont do anything about the other charges they created. I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager, and she still not going to pay for the charges, AND she has done all that she was going to do AND THEN SHE HUNG UP! Is she in India somewhere or is she in Florida, cause I feel like taking a trip!
