Visit att.com/mobilepurchases I did not made this transaction I was mad because one could not help me before I spoke to your representative (Jonafaye Ausan) like I said before she calmed me down and removed the non-authorize purchase she explain in a calm and profesional way . I really want to congratulate mrs Jonafaye for her hard work,good attitude and excellent customer service.
