I BOUGHT A WHIRLPOOL HOT WATER HEATER FROM LOWES 2009. 3 WEEKS LATER IT WENT OUT. I CALLED AND HAD SOMEONE TO COME OUT. EVERYTHING HAD TO BE REPLACED. 4 WEEKS LATER SAME THING.ON THE 8 TIME I CALLED AND DEMANDED FOR IT TO BE REPLACE OR I WAS CALLING A LAWYER, I WAS TOLD TO TAKE IT BACK TO LOWES.I HAVE HAD THIS TANK FOR 13 MONTHS AND ITS WENT OUT 4 TIMES AND I CALLED WHIRLPOOL AND WAS TOLD THE FIRST YEAR THEY WOULD COME AND FIX IT AFTER THAT I HAD TO PAY SOMEONE TO COME AND FIX IT. WHIRLPOOL WILL SEND ME THE PARTS BUT I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COST.I WILL NEVER BUY WHIRL POOL AGAIN. I HAVE PAID 600.00 FOR THIS HEATER AND IVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND ITS STILL UNDER WARRENTY. I WILL BE CALLING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE THIS WEEK TO SEE WHAT I CAN GET DONE
