Original Comment i had to return a phone and now i cant get my refund. i have called several times and get conflicting dates as to my refund. called corporate and get voicemail and no return call. filed a claim with bbb. the fcc needs to investigate thier practices and all customers need to drop them. they are liars and thieves.
