Original Comment This is my second unhappy year with safe link. I am really tired of calling for assistance and trying to talk to someone with such broken English I have no-clue what I should do or what they are saying. More GOVERNMENT money pissed away. I do not get a signal!!!!!!!!!!!!!The customer NO SERVICE wasted at least 15 minutes of my time and said it was working fine. NO SIGNAL!!!!!Soon after I got it for this year ( had to return one) I got emails and calls that I had to use it or loose it. Hard to use something that does not work. I want to return it. WHO do I contact to do so????????????
