I purchased the Magicjack plus more than a month ago and have still not been able to register the device. For more than a month I am being told that my account is under review. What a joke. SO they have my money for a month and I still cannot connect.<br /> What can we do &acirc;?? nothing because their service is so bad. In fact they have no service. This is the problem with this company. They have people employed to give lip service. Talk about escalating the problem, they do this daily for me. Seems they have an escalation department that does not exist or they would have resolved the problem for me weeks ago.<br /> <br /> Why does some smart attorney not take this up and go after them. You will make money, so what&acirc;??s the problem?<br /> <br /> Is every one scared of this company? Are they going to get so big that no one will be able to touch them?<br /> <br /> Come come- surely someone out their has the balls to do this and go after them?
