I placed an order on Macys.com and was very happy with the products that I had selected and the price. The sales representative placed the order, charged my Macy's card, and the items were shipped. I received a call on Friday from Macy's informing me that the products were sold to cheap and that the package that was already on it's way was being diverted back to the warehouse and I would receive a full credit. REALLY?? There was clearly a mistake on Macy's part, yet the customer is the one who gets screwed in the end. This was the last order that I will ever place with Macy's. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
