Iam writing to let you know of a very fine young man you have working at the San Leandro Wells Fargo Branch. His name is Deaundre Smith. I had a bad experience with a Wells fargo employee a few years ago that left me with a rather bad feeling, bad enough that I sent a letter to the Corporate office and was phoned with a request for more information and a kind apology. Mr Smith has left me with a much better feeling about Wells Fargo Bank. Thanks to a kind young man who truly does his job. Kind regards, <br /> Lori Lasack
