Original Comment GE was one of my favorite products until I had a question on my GE alarm. No one from GE has been able to help answer a simple question. I will tell everyone not to purchase a home security system from GE. No one seems to know anything about them. I had the run around from GE on the phone for 2 1/2 hours and still do not have a answer. GE needs to get their act together or close their doors. Not the GE company I grew up with. I would think they are the same on all products, good at taking the consumers money. But can not back or don't know their product. I was even giving the Florida reps number only that jerk don't answer his phone. LAST GE PRODUCT for me and anyone I know.
