Original Comment Direct T.V. sucks--when the change was made by engineering I lost the ability to program a favorites list or channels i get on any of my televisions--many calls and attempts to program with various call centers to no avail--finally got to management people--yet a much bigger waste of time--cannot wait until my contract is up so i can go to another source
