Original Comment i have had the same problems they tried to fix my phone when they had a outage and broke it completly ! so then i sent in to zte what i was told to do ! first told by boost that i had insurance then told by zte that i didnt so i had to pay 100 bucks for the ragly phone ! so fed up !!!!!
