I have a S305 printer that will not scan even after spending a total of 4 hours on 2 separate days with Lexmark tech support. Their advise was to get another PC with which the printer will scan. The printer is a 3-in-1. Since the printer is 4 months old, I was told the 30 day refund is not applicable. I started using the printer for the first time a week ago. The advice was from someone at the corporate office. I believe I'm stuck now with a 2-in-1. This is my 2nd sad experience with a Lexmark printer, bought online from Lexmark.com <br /> BTW: I wish their people would speak louder and learn English without an unintelligible dialect.
