Original Comment You call this customer service????? I have put up with your lies and the run around for longer than I care to admit. Your customer service reps are an absolute joke. I will be looking for a new company and if you want any so called early disconnect fees I will see you in court. I have documentation of missed work days and lies to me by your reps. I have also documented all the dates and times I have called and been lied to.. Not to mention the times I have not been able to use my phone or internet that your service people claim there is a problem in the office with testing not my box or wiring.
