Original Comment I bought a frigidaire refrigerator 10/28/2011 and now 11/20/2012 has stop working. The temperature display is not functioning and has a constant beeping sound. Once your one year warranty is up, your S.O.L. It's hard to get a direct phone number to get any help and once you do get a representative, they give you a phone number to call to a third party. Customer service sucks as well as the brand!!! Parts dont last long and may be an ongoing issue. Your probably better off purchasing a new refrigerator before spending hundreds of dollars for parts and labor fixing your old refrigerator or in my case, my one year old refrigerator. Never again will I purchase a FRIGIDAIRE BRAND and will definately share my horrible experience with people before they suffer like me.
