I have never in my life had such bac customer service.The people I talked to were nice enough but could not understand their language. You ask English or Spanish but your Reps cannot speak English. I have spent two lunch periods on the phone and another extra hour today. They must of put me on hold at least 20 times. All this bother and do you think anyone offered anything for free? Hell no. I will never get another Net10 phone again. All because of the customer service and having to wait two days for my phone to activate. That is stupid. Get it together and do something for your customers that have had nothing but problems.<br /> <br /> Merry Christmas haha lol
