Original Comment We visited Pizza Hut on Nov 29 at around 7pm at 900 Dixie Ave in Elizabethtown KY. After standing there for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, I was informed that there was a 45 minute wait. At that point I was completely confused due to the fact that the restaurant was almost empty! There were only 2 tables being used in the building. Highly disappointed we left and had my sons birthday dinner someplace else. He was not happy about this. We did not receive any type of explanation or apology for whatever the problem was. Not good business. Also, we were not the only family who left your facility. There were others people who were told the same thing and left as well.
