Original Comment for the past one month I have been trying to get someone to help clear you people out of my computer, I have been transfer from one person to another and things remain the same I cannot work in my computer due that I cannot create a password because its rejected In desperation I called your office in Houston,Texas and I was told someone would call me to fix the problem this was on December 5, between 8pm and 9pm, I was given a case I am still waiting. Usually if I get someone on the phone, its a bad connection and the person is not in the US and I have hard time understanding the instructions.
