HI MY NAME IS MARILYN SMITH I HAD TWO PHONE LINE FROM U.S. CELLUUR BACK IN 2008. THE PLAN WAS $69. DOLLAR A MONTH .I GOT THE SECOND LINE FOR MY KIDS AUNT BECAUSE HER MOM HAD A HEART ATTACK AND THEY HAD NO PHONE AT HOME .WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT SHE COULD NOT PAY HER BILL I CALL U.S. CELLUR AND CHANGE THE PLAN THE PLAN WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE FREE IN COMMING CALLS AND NIGHT AND WEEKEND THIS DID NOT REFLECT ON MY FIRST BILL MY BILL WAS OVER A $1000 DOLLAR.I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF THIS MATTER FOR FIVE YEAR AND I WAS TOLD THAT I CALLED AND SAID THE PHONE WAS LOST THAT THE REASON FOR ME CHANGING THE PLAN NOT TRUE I DID GET A REPLACEMENT PHONE IF THAT WAS THE REASON .I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD FREE NIGHT AND WEEKEND CAN SOME ONE HELP ME THIS IS NOT FARE .MY BILL WENT FROM $144 A MONTH TO THIS $1000 DOLLAR PLUS PLEASE SOME ONE IN CORPERATE REVEIW MY ACCOUNT
