Magicjack and the people who own and operate this so-called failure of a business SHAME ON YOU! In all the years I have never come across a business run as poorly as this. Do you ever read the comments that are displayed, do you really care about those of us that are your customers, do you people have any sense? It is incomprehensible to even think that you have not been put out of business or better yet locked up. Your means of customer service is to communicate with someone online who can't even resolve an issue that they are presented with. I got magicjack and had it only eight hours and knew immediately I made a bad decision by purchasing this piece of sh... It has been four weeks and I am still waiting for a supposedly PORTING DEPARTMENT to transfer my number back to myoriginal carrier. They requested an email from COMCAST my original carrier which they sent immediately, and they told me to pay $30.00 for the transfer and I did. My credit card has been charged and I, after four weeks still DO NOT have SERVICE!!! I am filing a lawsuit and I have already got in touch with the Better Business Bureau. It's just a damn shame that someone who is in business does nothing for their business, employees and most of all the customers. Once again SHAME ON YOU.<br /> P.S. Also I am calling tommorrow my local news channe here in Washington D.C. so they can be exposed even more.
