Original Comment 12/19/2012 385.00 AT CHRISTMAS TIME UNATHORIZED DEDUCTION WITHOUT DISCLOSURE STATEMENT. SUPERVISORS RUDE. REFUSE TO REFUND TO ACCOUNT BECAUSE IT'S INCONVENIENT TO THE DISHNETWORK ACCOUNTING DEPT BECAUSE OF A 7.00 LATE FEE CHARGE FOR US TO PAY IT IN MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS. WHAT ABOUT THE INCONVENIENCE TO MY CHILDREN WHO NOW WILL NOT HAVE CHRISTMAS.I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS BEFORE IN MY LIFE!!! WE WILL NOT BE DISHNETWORK CUSTOMER IN 2013!!!
