I HAVE BEEN A CRICKET CUSTOMER FOR 3 YEARS,AND JUST UPGRADED MY CELL PHONE A LITTLE OVER 30 DAYS AGO. I HAVE A ZTE AND HAVE TO CHARGE THE BATTERY EVERY NINE HOURS. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE I PURCHASED IT AT AND SHE SENT ME TO A CORP. STORE. NEITHER ONE WOULD HELP, I AM A STORE MANAGER AND TAKING CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS IS #1. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THESE PEOPLE CAN AFFORD TO LOSE 1 CUSTOMER. THEREFORE I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A SERVICE THAT WILL TAKE MY CELLPHONE AND INTERNET BUSINESS. YOU WILL LOSE A GOOD CUSTOMER OVER A BATTERY ISSUE, THE PEOPLE IN YOUR STORES NEED TO BE BETTER TRAINED AT CUSTOMER SVC. AND NOT JUST SALES.
