I too will NEVER knowingly purchase another ASUS product again! I have been dealing with them since Sept. 19th to try to have my computer fixed so it will operate properly.<br /> First, I had to pay to get it shipped to them for service. Ten days later I finally received it back. It still had the same problem.<br /> Called customer service. They wanted me to ship it back again and they would fix it this time! I complained about having to pay for shipping again, and waiting another few weeks. I want a new machine that works. That's what I paid for.
