NEVER AGAIN!!DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! LEFT ME AND MY BOYFRIEND STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT IN THE AFTERMATH OF A SNOW STORM DECEMBER 22ND AT 1:00AM.MADE RESERVATION WELL OVER A MONTH BEFORE THRU PRICELINE TO PICK UP AT 1AM, GET TO AIRPORT THRIFTY IS CLOSED.FRONT DESK TELEPHONE LINE WAS ON LOOP TO NOTHING.MANAGER ON DUTY OPTION ON KIOSK WAS CALLED 5 TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES THAT WERE NEVER RETURNED.NEXT DAY WE WERE TOLD "WE" HAD TO TRAVEL BACK TO AIRPORT TO RETRIEVE CAR IF WE STILL WANTED IT.MANAGER THERE WAS ALSO MOD NIGHT BEFORE..SAID DID NOT GET ANY MESSAGES AT ALL AND HIS DUTIES AS MOD STOPPED THE MINUTE THRIFTY CLOSED FOR THE NIGHT (IN WHAT UNIVERSE?).MOD SAID THEY HAVE ISSUES WITH PRICELINE SCHEDULING WHEN THRIFTY IS CLOSED. NEVER ONCE WAS AN APOLOGY GIVEN BY MANAGER MUCH LESS ANY SYMPATHY. BLAMED EVERYONE ELSE WE TRIED TO RENT ELSEWHERE AT LAST MINUTE DURING THE BUSIEST HOLIDAY SEASON BUT WE WERE OUTPRICED AND COULD NOT AFFORD TO RENT!SO STRANDED WITHOUT A VEHICLE FOR A WEEK...THANKS THRIFTY. OH, AND JUST TRY TALK TO ANYONE WHO CARES FOR HELP WITH YOUR PROBLEM..I DARE YOU.THEY DISAPPEAR FROM SITE!
