To whom it may concern,<br /> <br /> We have had numerous dealings with Sears in Spokane, WA, and I have to say it has always been pleasant. One manager went out of his way to deliver a freezer on his way home because there was a mixup at some level. We just had a repair gentleman come out for our tractor, which we had purchased from Sears, his name is Wyatt, and he was promtp, very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We just moved into the area and have bought lots of things at Sears, and when we need appliances in the future, it will be our first stop.<br /> <br /> Good job, guys!<br /> <br /> Roberta Casale<br /> Deer Park, WA
