Original Comment I purchase a Roku at Best buy and called Roku customer service for installation. Agent Paulina offered an extended warranty for the equipment for $19.99 and I purchased. My Roku worked for a couple of weeks and then did not work because the distance signal for my wireless connection. I returned the Roku equipment to Best Buy and my money was refunded without any problem. I did not have the same with Roku, I contacted customer service and I was told that my money will not be refunded. I will referred my complaint to Consumer Affair & BBB. we cannot permit to have company like this that have business deceiving customers. I encourage everyone to do the same and report all complaints. Poor service. No a company to trust.
