Original Comment I spoke to a representative to submit a ticket for serviceability on January 7. They called back on January 9th and stated they would be at my address on January 11th to discuss service and pricing. I waited at home all day Friday and no one ever showed up. At a minimum, someone should have at least called me. I think this is a very poor way to treat potential customers.
